It's quite the power trio at the head of this year's nominations for the CMT Music Awards.
Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan and Eric Church each picked up four nominations Monday, PEOPLE can reveal exclusively. They are followed by country veterans Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney and Rascal Flatts, as well as first-time nominees Florida Georgia Line, with three nominations each.
Carrie Underwood, who led last year's nominations with five (and won video of the year), has two nods this year. She is joined by Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw, Hunter Hayes, Jana Kramer, Kacey Musgraves, Little Big Town and the rock group Journey.

Jason Aldean Files for Divorce from Jessica Ussery

After 12 years of marriage, Jason Aldean and Jessica Ussery are calling it quits.
Citing irreconcilable differences, the country star filed for divorce in Williamson County, Tenn., court on April 26, according to papers obtained by PEOPLE.
"This is a really tough time for my entire family. Jessica and I have been together since we were teenagers. We've been through a lot of ups and downs over the years as we grew up together as a couple," Aldean exclusively told PEOPLE in a statement.
"She will always be important to me because she is the mother of my children, and I know that we will both always make our daughters our number one priority."

Are Jason Aldean and Jessica Ussery heading for a split?
"I can confirm that Jason and his wife are having problems, but there is nothing more to share with the press at this time," his rep tells PEOPLE when asked if the couple have called it quits.
"It's a private family matter, and we hope everyone will respect that he would like to keep it that way."
Last fall, Aldean issued a public apology after he was photographed being affectionate with season 11 American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr.

Jason Aldean: I Wouldn't Want to Be a Reality TV Judge

Though his fellow country artists act as judges on reality TV, Jason Aldean's favorite kind of party is on an actual stage – not a sound stage.
"I never say never, but I just know doing that stuff takes away from being able to go out and play our shows," Aldean, named male vocalist of the year at Sunday's Academy of Country Music Awards, tells PEOPLE. "For me, if I'm not out on the road playing in front of people then I would be miserable."
That said, the singer, who's currently in the middle of his Night Train tour, doesn't hold it against his buddies Blake Shelton and Keith Urban for what they do on The Voice and American Idol.

Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood to Perform at ACM Awards

It turns out Taylor Swift is getting back together – with the Academy of Country Music Awards.
Named entertainer of the year in 2012, the singer and multiple nominee is returning for this year's show as a performer, joining Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Jason Aldean and Tim McGraw.
Little Big Town and Eric Church also will perform, along with previously announced performers Miranda Lambert, Kelly Clarkson and a fan jam headlined by Brad Paisley.

After a year of professional highs – and personal lows – Jason Aldean is looking forward to a quiet holiday with family.
"I'm on the road so much during the year, so what I look forward to the most is being home with my family, " he told PEOPLE at the taping of the CMT Artists of the Year special (airing Saturday at 10/9 CT), where he walked the red carpet hand-in-hand with his wife, Jessica.
Aldean says being with Jessica and their daughters – Keeley, 10, and Kendyl, 5 – and doing "things like taking the girls to the mall to shop or to see Santa Claus" are on his holiday must-do list. "Things that simple to me are really cool."

Jason Aldean and his wife Jessica Ussery presented a united front on Thursday as they addressed photographs of the singer cozying up to season 11 American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr that surfaced more than a month ago.
Appearing on the CBS This Morning, the "My Kinda Party" singer – who has addressed the scandal previously on his own – sat beside his wife of 11 years and said they are doing "fine" as a couple.
"I think we're fine, you know? I think anytime you go through anything like that, it's tough. We've been together for a long time and been through a lot of things together," Aldean, 35, said of Ussery, his high school sweetheart.

It was a great night for Teams Cee Lo and Adam on The Voice Tuesday. And though not everyone got good news on elimination night, there were plenty of entertaining performances from the coaches and contestants alike.
To open the night, Christina Aguilera and Green performed the world premiere of "Make the World Move," from her new album Lotus. Guest Jason Aldean also took the stage, and Blake Shelton rocked out with his team to Tom Cochrane's "Life is a Highway."
Green's Trevin Hunte, Nicholas David and Cody Belew came together for a '70s inspired – bell bottoms and all! – performance of the Bee Gee's "Stayin' Alive." But was it a sign of things to come? Keep reading for all the results ...

CMA Awards Winners: PEOPLE Music Critic's Picks

The 46th annual Country Music Association Awards will air from Nashville tonight at 8 p.m. (7 p.m. CT) on ABC with some predictable hosts: Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, together for the fifth straight year.
Perhaps there will at least be a few surprises among the winners. Here's my take on five major categories:
