Britney Spears's fiancé Jason Trawick had a sweet, encouraging message for the newly-minted X Factor judge after she filmed her first set of auditions in Austin, Texas.
"Princess, we just completed our first weekend in Austin on X Factor," he says to Spears in a new video message, which he filmed in bed. "Just wanted to say I'm very proud of you and I love you so much. Congratulations."
Trawick signs off the video with a sweet kiss, and says, "Now get back in here so we can go to sleep."

Jason Trawick, Britney Spears's fiancé, was approved as a co-conservator for the pop star by a Los Angeles judge Wednesday.
"Jamie's thrilled," his attorney Geraldine Wyle told reporters following the hearing, referring to Spears's father. "It's all in the family."
Wyle also clarified that the request to add Trawick came at Britney's request, not Jamie's.

Britney Spears's father is taking an extra step in bonding with his future son-in-law.
Jamie Spears is asking a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to add Jason Trawick as a co-conservator over his pop star daughter, according to papers filed on Friday.
Trawick will only have shared legal control over Spears's general well being – not her finances, a source tells PEOPLE. In general, a conservator can make decisions over a person's food, clothing and medical care. But Spears has plenty of personal freedom and the conservatorship is just a formality, another source previously told PEOPLE.

Britney Spears and fiancé Jason Trawick enjoyed a quiet getaway to San Francisco together, where they managed to stay (mostly) out of the spotlight.
The couple arrived at the W San Francisco, where they stayed in the Extreme-Wow suite. "They stayed very under the radar," a source tells PEOPLE. "They wanted their getaway to San Francisco to be low-key and secret. It was just about the two of them being together."
Still, they did manage to get out and about a bit: Spears and Trawick were spotted shopping nearby their hotel at the Westfield San Francisco Centre.

Britney Spears is pretty enamored with her engagement ring – and she wants you to have a look at it, too.
The pop star, 30, who got engaged to Jason Trawick in December, shows off the ring in a new photo on her site, and makes a frank admission.
"I can't stop looking at it!!" she writes.
Spears and Trawick, her former agent, began dating in 2009. After celebrating their engagement in Las Vegas a few weeks ago, they enjoyed the holidays in New York.

Britney Spears and her fiancé, Jason Trawick, are staying at the Mondrian SoHo for the week to enjoy a New York City Christmas vacation.
Wednesday, the newly engaged couple enjoyed a night out on the town for a girlfriend's birthday at the hot restaurant, The Darby.
Tucked into a private booth, Britney, sticking to water, enjoyed many of the West Village eatery's specialties, prepared by Chef Alex Guarnaschelli.
Possibly to make the special guest feel at home, Lady Rizo and The Darby band serenaded her with a cover song tribute of Britney's hit song, "Toxic." After dinner, the couple headed back to their hotel hand in hand.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have experienced their share of ups and downs since the pop star filed for divorce in 2006.
But five years later, Federline, 33, says his newly engaged ex, Spears, 30, is "in a good place."
"She's happy," the former backup dancer and new dad, who is currently dating longtime girlfriend Victoria Prince, told Australia's TV Week magazine. "She's doing really well ... [The engagement] is a good step in the right direction. I'm totally happy for her."

Britney Spears had a pretty sweet celebration Friday night to celebrate her engagement to fiancé Jason Trawick.
After arriving in Las Vegas, the couple headed to Planet Hollywood where they checked into their 3,100-square-foot suite designed by former Top Design host Jonathon Adler. Dubbed a "mega suite," the two-bedroom domicile overlooks the Paris Hotel's Eiffel Tower and the famed Bellagio fountains.
Not to mention, features a stunning red Murano glass chandelier in the entry way as well as a full dining room, living room and jacuzzi tub.

One day after Jason Trawick popped the question in L.A., Britney Spears shared the news on her Facebook page.
Previously "in a relationship," Spears, 30, changed her status to "engaged."
"Yes, I can confirm it's true," Spears's rep Jeff Raymond tells PEOPLE.

Britney Spears blew out the candles on her 30th birthday cake – and then got ready for a holiday break.
"Having an amazing time at the end of my tour," she Tweeted on Friday night. "Belated bday party!"
Spears, whose birthday was actually the previous Friday, had one show left in Puerto Rico.
