Days after the New York Post, citing multiple sources, says that Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z are expecting a sibling for their daughter, now 15 months, E! Online reports that the singer is expecting.

The E! report, which comes days after Beyoncé canceled a show in Belgium due to "dehydration" and "exhaustion," also cites multiple sources.

Beyoncé is canceling her Tuesday concert in Belgium because of dehydration and exhaustion, her rep says.

In an email to The Associated Press, the singer's publicist says Beyoncé has been advised by her doctors to rest. She was scheduled to perform at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp. The show will be rescheduled and tickets can be used at that show.

Her next tour date is Wednesday at the same arena. The statement says "she is awaiting word from her doctors before making a decision."

Beyoncé Wants More Children

Will Beyoncé make Blue Ivy a big sister one day?

"I would like more children," the singer told ABC News during an interview for Good Morning America in London, where she performed over the weekend. "I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being big sister."

According to a YouTube video posted on Vibe.com, the singer may have showed off her darling daughter during her concert on Saturday at the O2 Arena.

As she belted out her hit "Irreplaceable," Beyoncé greeted a baby wearing a white dress and sporting large headphones who looked a lot like Blue.

"I am very protective," Beyoncé told ABC News. "I just want to make sure that [Blue Ivy] can have a healthy, safe, normal life. ... In the back of my mind, she's my priority. And life is completely different now."

Beyoncé and Jay-Z were photographed stepping out for lunch with their daughter – who Beyoncé has also referred to as her "road dog," "homey" and "best friend" – Blue Ivy, in Paris on Thursday.

Wearing a black top and no makeup, the singer – who is currently on the Mrs. Carter World Tour – looked every bit the hands-on mom as she carried her 15-month-old daughter through the restaurant.

Surprise besties Jake Gyllenhaal and Jay-Z kicked back at the rapper's 40/40 Club in New York City Monday night, watching the NCAA championship basketball game in the Owner's Lounge.

The two, joined by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland, exchanged a big hug when they met up, then spent the evening snacking on the club's signature wings and sipping D'Usse cognac.

"No one was clearly rooting for one team over the other," a source tells PEOPLE, but "the group could be heard cheering excitingly throughout the entire game."

After Louisville beat Michigan, 82-76, the men called it a night, leaving the club one by one.

New Yorkers were thrilled to spot Beyoncé out with her 14-month-old daughter, Blue Ivy, on Sunday in Brooklyn.

The "Bow Down" singer, 31, wore a black hoodie and dark sunglasses, while an apparently sleepy Blue Ivy donned little boots on the mother-daughter outing to Buttermilk Channel restaurant, the Huffington Post reports.
