Jen Schefft and husband Joe Waterman are first-time parents, welcoming daughter Mae Elizabeth Waterman, PEOPLE confirms.
Mae was born Saturday and weighed in at 7 lbs. and is 20 inches long.
A star of two reality shows, Schefft won Andrew Firestone's heart on The Bachelor in 2003, then went on to star in her own season of The Bachelorette two years later.

Former Bachelorette star Jen Schefft is officially a bachelorette no more.
She and fiancé Joe Waterman were married at the Private Dining Rooms of Spiaggia in Chicago Friday night, according to a spokesperson for the restaurant.
"She looked beautiful," said a guest who attended the wedding, held in a room overlooking Lake Michigan. "It was a very small wedding but very fun."

Former Bachelorette star Jen Schefft will soon be a bachelorette no more.
She and fiancé Joe Waterman will become husband and wife in a private ceremony at Spiaggia restaurant in Chicago Friday night, according to a source close to the couple.
Schefft, 32, and Waterman, 35, met on a blind date in February 2008. "We really get each other," she told PEOPLE last year after getting engaged. "I guess it's true things move fast when you meet the right person."

Former Bachelorette star Jen Schefft is engaged to her boyfriend, Joe Waterman, she tells PEOPLE exclusively.
"I'm so excited and so happy," says Schefft, 32.
The couple, who live in Chicago, met on a blind date in February. Their matchmaker: One of Schefft's previous blind dates, with whom she didn't click. "I figured I had to go out with Joe since I'd never been set up by someone I'd already gone on a date with," she explains.

PICKED: With two more shows to go, Jen Schefft narrowed the competition on ABC's The Bachelorette down to two on Monday night: John Paul, with whom Jen went to Bermuda, and Jerry, who had a romantic getaway in Hilton Head, S.C. Ryan, who traipsed to Cape Cod with the bachelorette, went home alone. His lack, according to Jen, despite her admission that he was easy to talk to: "He doesn't have that intangible quality."

Jessica and Ashlee, Britney and Jamie-Lynn – Hollywood's fascination with sisters is alive and well, and the Duff family is taking it up a notch. Actress-singer Hilary and big sis Haylie – who teamed up for a remake of the 1981 Go-Go's hit song "Our Lips Are Sealed" and toured together over the summer – are taking on the movie Material Girls, set to begin filming in April. "It’s just a fun movie about sisters who have a ton of money," Haylie told us recently. "They’re heiresses in the movie, with all their money. Then it’s kind of how they turn into good people. It’s cool. It’s a funny movie, and we’re remaking the song by Madonna." As for what else she's up to, the elder Duff says, "I'm working on Joan of Arcadia right now. I'm doing five weeks over there. I'm having so much fun. Amber Tamblyn is wonderful." Any word on Hilary? "My sister’s finally finishing up the Most Wanted tour that we did together in the U.S. She's doing another leg of it in Canada right now," says Haylie. "So she gets back in a couple of weeks. Then we're doing a Material Girls tour to promote the movie. We'll do that together next summer, June maybe." Stay tuned ...
