Will is excited to attend his first karate lesson, instructing his father to "buckle" him up.

The last few years have not been easy for Dr. Jennifer Arnold and her husband Bill Klein, stars of TLC's hit reality show The Little Couple.
After getting the good news that they were able to adopt their daughter Zoey, 3, from an orphanage in India, they soon received the very bad news that Arnold was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer.
The couple are now opening up to PEOPLE about the difficulties they faced dealing with cancer and introducing Zoey into their lives – a transition that did not go as smoothly as they'd hoped.

In a sneak peek at Tuesday's episode, Bill Klein and Jennifer Arnold take their children Will, 5, and Zoey, 3, to the Houston Zoo to check out the lights.
Bill reveals he's "pretty useless these days" since recovering from his back surgery, so family friend Susan joins along to help "wrangle the kids."
"It's nice not to be outnumbered with two kids running around in a very crowded place at night, at a zoo," Jennifer adds.

With two toddlers, a hit TV show and a brand new book out, The Little Couple stars Dr. Jennifer Arnold and Bill Klein admit that making time for romance hasn't been easy.
"With our busy lives, I think we need to work on having date nights," Arnold tells PEOPLE.
"We haven't done enough of that lately," she says. "It's all good, it's all important, but at some point you just gotta do it."

"When you go through something like surgery, time is the thing that is most frustrating," Bill, 39, says in a sneak-peek preview of the season premiere.
"I don't want to be the person that can't do because of my back," he adds, "so I'll do what it takes."

Nearly six months after her last round of chemotherapy to treat a rare cancer, The Little Couple star Dr. Jennifer Arnold says she's doing great – and happily busy with work and family.
"I'm back to work full time," Arnold, 40, said at the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute's Angels in Adoption event held in Washington D.C. on Wednesday.
