Pregnant Ex-Idol Being Sent to Rehab

The troubles continue for former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra, who was ordered to drug rehab Monday by a Tampa judge, FOX news reports.
Sierra, now pregnant, has been in jail in Hillsborough County, Fla. for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and violating probation on previous charges of felony battery and cocaine possession.
Appearing in court on her behalf, Dr. Drew Pinsky, who treated Sierra, 22, as part of the VH1 reality series Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, told Judge Daniel Perry that Sierra's addictions are life-threatening. "Without that treatment and with further incarceration, there could be a very serious problem for her," said Pinsky. "I think her survival is in question."

A California man is facing charges that he stalked former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra, sending her threatening voice mail messages and appearing uninvited at her grandmother's Florida house.
