Jill (Duggar) Dillard is officially 25 years old, and she's celebrating at one of her and husband Derick's favorite places in the world.

"They're still in Central America," a source close to the family tells PEOPLE. "They're living there for now. Nobody knows for how long."

The insider adds, "The work they're doing is very important to them."

In an exclusive sneak peek at Tuesday's Jill & Jessa: Counting On finale, Jill, 24, gives Jessa a tour of the house she and husband Derick, 27, are sharing during their Central American mission trip.

Jessa, 23, admires the "cozy" casa, noting that it's a lot like the house where she and hubby Ben, 20, live in the Duggars' native Tontitown, Arkansas. (The only difference Jessa happily notes is that her own abode has air conditioning to beat the Arkansan heat.)

With Josh Duggar out of rehab and their new show's premiere on the horizon, the Duggar kids are ready to finally put scandal behind them.

"We're moving on with our lives, and we're really looking forward to the future," John-David Duggar, 26, told Good Morning America on Monday of TLC's new show Jill and Jessa: Counting On. "And so we wanted to kind of share that with our fans, the folks that have followed us for years."

The Duggars' original series 19 Kids and Counting was canceled after news broke that Josh improperly touched underage girls as a teenager. Later, the family was further rocked after Josh confessed to a secret pornography addiction and admitted to being unfaithful to wife Anna Duggar. He sought treatment at a faith-based rehabilitation center in Rockford, Illinois, last August.
