That's what we love about boy bands: We get older and they, well, they get older too.
Still, we can't deny that a number of boy banders from decades past have aged like fine wine. Some even look better now than they did in their group-choreography heyday. For instance, though it's been exactly 15 years since the Backstreet Boys released Millennium, compare the album's cover to this photo of them today. No contest, right?
Take a look for yourself, as we send our favorite boy-band fellas on a trip through our patented Photoshop time machine.
Which one would you prefer to have serenade you shirtless in the rain?

Is there an unofficial contest going on in Hollywood we don't know about?
First, Kelly Clarkson released an awkward family Christmas photo. Then, Mena Suvari. Now, we have Joe Jonas.
The middle JoBro posted this, um, thought-provoking photo to his Instagram account on Thursday, depicting himself as several years (decades?) older and without most of his thick dark hair.

When the moment came to break up the Jonas Brothers on Oct. 3, Nick Jonas tells PEOPLE that he went "into a bit of trance."
"You prep a million ways," says Nick, 21. But once he admitted to his brothers how he felt, that he wasn't sure the band could continue as it was, "there was sort of a shut-off that happened. It took some time, about 24 hours or so, before we could really talk about it."
On Tuesday came the exclusive announcement to PEOPLE that, as a professional music team, the sibling trio are "over for now."
At first, Joe, 24, and Kevin, 25, said they were shocked by what went down.

After the Jonas Brothers abruptly canceled their tour three weeks ago – and went silent as they contemplated the band's future – reports surfaced suggesting that Joe Jonas had a drug problem.
Now the singer, 24, wishes to set the record straight, telling PEOPLE: "It's ridiculous!"
"We're not saying anything for two or three weeks and I'm a drug addict!"
What upset him even more is that his girlfriend, Blanda Eggenschwiler, was also dragged into the rumors.

"It's over for now," Kevin Jonas says.
"It's really hard to say 'forever,' " says Nick. "We're closing a chapter, for sure."
"It was a unanimous decision," says Joe.

The latest Jonas Brothers change-up is decidedly less dramatic.
The eldest Jonas, Kevin, 25, is in the process of building a new home in New Jersey, where his current Denville digs is on the market.
Jonas and expectant wife Danielle are asking for $2.2 million to move into the 7,200-sq. ft., five-bedroom house, which serves as the backdrop of their E! reality series, Married to Jonas.
