Nicole Richie says her entire life revolves around new baby Harlow – with one exception.
"Joel actually changes more diapers than I do," the new mom says of boyfriend Joel Madden, in an interview with Extra conducted during her Harper's Bazaar photo shoot (for the June cover) and airing Thursday. "It's his time with her. He sings to her. ... He laughs with her, plays with her. It's amazing."
Otherwise, Harlow, who was born in January, is at the center of the TV personality's life.

With twin brother Joel Madden holding off on marrying the mother of his child, girlfriend Nicole Richie, Benji is playing coy when it comes to wedding bells
with girlfriend of two and a half months, Paris Hilton.
"We have a really great friendship, you know, and romance, all of it," Benji, 29, told PEOPLE at Monday's Hornitos Cinco de Mayo party in West Hollywood, when asked if he and Hilton wanted to escalate their relationship beyond dating.

Joel Madden Surprises Nicole Richie with Getaway

Joel Madden whisked girlfriend Nicole Richie and their three-and-a-half-month-old daughter Harlow to the California desert this weekend for a surprise family vacation, the Good Charlotte singer tells PEOPLE.
The Richie-Madden clan headed to the Palm Springs area for the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, a three-day event headlined by performers including Prince, Jack Johnson and Roger Waters.
"[Nicole] hasn't been able to do a whole lot over the year, so we're having a little family trip," Madden told PEOPLE at the BPM Hpnotiq Smurf House, where he DJ'd a festival pre-party Saturday afternoon.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden enjoyed a relatively rare night out Wednesday, but baby Harlow was never far from their thoughts.
Richie – looking fit and fab in a short black dress – and the Good Charlotte frontman headed to a star-studded dinner in honor of designer Charlotte Ronson at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel's Dakota Restaurant.
And the proud papa couldn't help boasting about his three-month-old bundle of joy. "It's been so crazy," he told the VIP table, where fellow guests included Lindsay Lohan and her constant companion, DJ Samantha Ronson. "Man, but it's great."

Joel Madden: Daughter Harlow Is My 'True Love'

Good Charlotte rocker and first-time dad Joel Madden, 29, just can't stop gushing about his 3-month-old little girl, Harlow Winter.
At a concert Wednesday night at Queen's College in New York, Nicole Richie's boyfriend told the crowd of 1,700 students, "You know, no matter how many beautiful girls there are in this audience, I must confess that three months ago, I had a little baby girl, and she's my one and only true love."
The confession, coming after the group's emotional song "Hold On (If You Feel Like Letting Go)," elicited a resounding "aww" from the audience.

Joel Madden is in love with his new baby daughter, Harlow, and she is in love with ... her mother – at least for now.
She's "definitely a mama's girl," the rocker told PEOPLE before a gig as a deejay at Prive Las Vegas on Friday. "Right now she needs mom because all she does is eat. I have a feeling that when she starts talking she's going to be a daddy's girl."

Rocker Joel Madden says that fatherhood has turned Nicole Richie and him into "the luckiest two people alive."
"I had no idea what love even was until Harlow came along," Madden, 28, writes on the Web site of his clothing company, DCMA Collective.
"I swear it's so hard to leave during the day, but always so rewarding to come home to the little family. I've always been a guy who loves to love. Probably one of the things that define me outside of my work is LOVE."
Madden adds: "She's already growing too fast!"

Joel Madden: Baby 'Looks Like Her Mom'

Nicole Richie's rocker boyfriend Joel Madden says that even though he may "suck at diapers," he's ecstatic about new daughter Harlow Winter.
"I am finally home with my beautiful girlfriend and our brand new little daughter," wrote the proud papa Monday on his DCMA Collective Web site under the heading "It's a Girl!!!!"
"She is 19 inches long and growing everyday already!" Madden, 28, writes. "We are so blessed to have this beautiful little baby in our lives."
He notes the baby "looks so much like her mom its crazy!"
