John Stamos & Model Emma Heming Spending Time Together

John Stamos has a budding new romance with Victoria's Secret model Emma Heming, a source tells PEOPLE.
The ER heartthrob and Heming were spotted together last Thursday at Indochine in New York City with friends, including Ben Silverman, Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Scott Sartiano. They were also seen as at the Manhattan nightspot Socialista later that same night.
"They were definitely together," says a source. "They're seeing each other. It's a very new relationship."

John Stamos Involved In Airplane Altercation

John Stamos was involved in an altercation Monday with a woman who allegedly became belligerent on a flight from Chicago to Los Angeles, according to reports.
The woman reportedly shook Stamos awake while he was sleeping in first class, took his seat and would not give it back when he went to the restroom, and eventually hit the ER actor several times in the hand, a source tells Access Hollywood.

Chris Daughtry: Life After 'Idol'

Since getting booted off American Idol, Chris Daughtry has been anything but idle. We caught up with the singer at L.A. radio station KROQ's Weenie Roast concert in Irvine, Calif., where he rocked out in the audience at Rob Zombie's show and snapped pictures with fans backstage. "This is amazing," he told us. "You go on American Idol and you always wonder if you're gonna get rock credibility and to have that – I couldn't ask for more."

Felicity Huffman's Gender Bender

Felicity Huffman experienced her own gender-bending confusion playing a man who's undergoing a sex change in the upcoming film Transamerica. Take, for example, a visit to a women's bathroom toward the end of the shoot. "I said, 'Oh, I'm not supposed to be in here,' " she recalls. "Then I walked out and thought to myself, 'No, no I'm a girl.' And I walked back in again and I thought, 'No, I'm not.' It took me two times until I went, 'Yes, I can go in.'"

Newly divorced from Rebecca Romijn, John Stamos is starting his single life back in his comfort zone – on television, starring in the much-hyped ABC comedy Jake in Progress. The 41-year-old actor, whose split became final March 1, plays a New York publicist juggling women, work and friends. Stamos recently chatted with PEOPLE about his own life: getting back in the game, finding his ideal mate and even enduring some rejection.

Halle Berry Restrains Potential Admirer

RECEIVED: Halle Berry has won a three-year restraining order against a San Francisco security guard, identified in court papers as Robert Sawyer, whom she says sent a series of threatening letters to her home. In his papers, Sawyer says his contact with the Oscar winner was a result of mistaken identity and possible fraud, and he begged Berry for forgiveness. Neither Berry, 39, nor Sawyer was in court for the hearing, where a judge ordered Sawyer to stay away from Berry's home and place of work and to stop contacting her. Berry claimed Sawyer wrote to say he wanted to spend Valentine's Day with her. "Leave a message where I can reach you. I'm not playing now," he allegedly stated, according to Reuters.

Chad Michael Murray is Hilary Duff's Prince Charming in A Cinderella Story (opening Friday), but offscreen it wasn't the glass slipper he brought her. Instead, "He got me the whole box set of The Simpsons," Duff tells us. "We used to always talk about how we both stayed home a lot, so he asked me what shows I liked, and I told him I don't really watch TV. And he was like, 'What? I have to get you into The Simpsons.' Now I'm hooked on it. I really love them." Just how much does Murray love the long-running show? "I'm a Simpsons addict. I'm a fanatic," he tells us. "It's brilliant. The fact that the No. 1 primetime show in the history of TV is a cartoon, running for 15 years is pretty damn incredible, isn't it?"
