Josh & Anna Duggar Are Having a Boy!

The girls are about to be outnumbered in Josh and Anna Duggar's house!
The reality stars of TLC's 19 Kids & Counting, who recently announced their third baby is due in June, tell PEOPLE they are having a baby boy.
Along with the rest of the Duggar family, they decided to find out the baby's sex, and filmed the announcement for their show, which airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET).
"We didn't know the results," Josh, 25, tells PEOPLE. "But we gave them [from the doctor] to the sound guy, Jim, and he planned out this very unique reveal. It caught us off guard in a time and place we least expected."

The Duggar clan is shrinking – by over 50 pounds.
Jim Bob Duggar, 47, and his oldest son Josh, 25, of TLC's 19 Kids & Counting airing on Tuesday nights at 9, are in a fierce weight-loss challenge with each other.
"I got back from Asia and looked at myself on camera and realized something had to change," says Josh.
Married to Anna, 24, and looking forward to the addition of the couple's third child this summer, Josh says he was at 238 lbs. and not feeling healthy. In October, he started to cut back and make healthier choices – and began to see the weight drop.

The pitter-patter of little feet may sound more like a stampede at a Duggar get-together – and this summer the volume is due to increase.
The famously fertile family of TLC's 19 Kids and Counting have another baby on the way. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's oldest child, Josh, and his wife, Anna, tell PEOPLE they are expecting their third child.
They are already parents to daughter Mackynzie, 3, and son Michael, 21 months.
"It is very exciting," says Josh, 25. "It's fun for Michael and Mackynzie being so close in age and this baby will be, too. We feel very blessed and happy."

One of America's most populous family, the Duggars, visit the world's most populous country, China, as part of a longer trip to Asia captured in a three-episode special coming to TLC in March.
Getting 25 Duggars and their 40 suitcases to the airport is a struggle all its own. But then they tour Japan and China, where the familiar logistical challenges are compounded by the cultural differences.

Even grief is exceptional in the Duggar family, as there are so many children to console. Michelle Duggar, who miscarried her 20th child this week, says she is comforting the little ones – and being comforted herself by her older kids and her husband.
Michelle says Jackson, 7, asked about his baby sister Jubilee Shalom, and she soothed him and explained the loss.
"I told him there is going to be a day when we are going to be together again," she says. "As the days go on, I know we will have time to talk through all this. I have been trying to hold my composure and do what I needed to do, and then be able to grieve."

Michelle Duggar Resting at Home, Plans to Name Child

During a routine check-up Thursday, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar received the heart-wrenching news that their 20th child no longer had a heartbeat and Michelle's pregnancy had ended.
"Our doctor said it was wise to let this miscarriage happen naturally," says Michelle, 45, who is resting at home. "And so that is what we are going to do."

"We are so excited," says Michelle, 45, who is now about three-and-a-half months into her pregnancy and due in April. "I feel good. I am past the sickness stage now."

Hours before she welcomed her baby boy into the world Wednesday, Anna Duggar was feeling a rather distinct emotion.
"I'm feeling like I'm in labor," Duggar, 22, already a mother to Mackynzie, 20 months, says in 19 Kids: First Grandson, a special airing Sunday (8 p.m. ET) on TLC. "I'm excited, and I'm really looking forward to holding our son in my arms."
In a sneak peek of the TV special, husband Josh Duggar, 23 – the eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar – comforts his wife as she sits in a birthing pool in labor at their Tontitown, Ark., home. Michelle and daughter Jill, whose lives play out on TLC's 19 Kids and Counting, were also on-hand to assist Anna.

The Duggar brood – including their newest addition, baby Josie – filled every inch of the Today Show set Tuesday morning, with only good news to report on their exceptionally large family.
America watched the Duggars, whose lives play out publicly on the TLC series 19 Kids and Counting, endure scary times after their youngest, Josie – now 1 year and 5 months – was born premature at just 25 weeks.
"Looking at Josie today you would never know that she only weighed 22 ounces at birth," said Lauer of the healthy baby girl, who contentedly sipped a bottle on air.

Duggar Family Helps Rescue Tornado Survivors

Proving that there is strength – and safety – in numbers, nine members of the expansive Duggar family aided rescue efforts in the devastated Joplin, Mo., after a massive tornado struck the town Sunday night.
"This is the greatest tragedy our area has seen in a long time," Josh Duggar tells PEOPLE. "One of the first people I met, he was looking for his aunt and I jumped out and gave him a flashlight and we searched through his entire house. A neighbor thought she'd gotten away safely, and I gave him my flashlight to keep looking."
Added Josh: "That was just a small glimpse of what was happening everywhere. You can’t prepare for something this bad."
