Not even Jennifer Aniston gets a break when it comes to the housing market.
Months after buying an 8,500-sq.-ft. Los Angeles estate with beau Justin Theroux, the actress's New York City apartment is officially off the market – for a half-million cheaper than the price she paid when she bought it last year!
A mystery buyer dug $6.5 million deep for Aniston's two pre-war West Village condos, a one-bedroom penthouse and one-bedroom on the building's 17th floor that she planned on combining, reports the New York Post. Aniston originally paid $7.01 million.

While Jennifer Aniston has been keeping a low-profile and spending time getting her new Los Angeles home move-in ready, the actress and her beau of nearly one year, Justin Theroux, hit the town Wednesday night for dinner with Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson.
The group dined at trendy westside eatery Katsuya Brentwood, staying for over two hours. "They all appeared to be really enjoying each other's company and sat at a private booth," says a source. "It was a fun sake and sushi double-date between two super power couples."
As for Aniston, 43, and Theroux, 40, who have been the subject of recent wedding chatter, "Jen and Justin are both doing great," says a source. "They have both been working on upcoming movie projects."

Jennifer Aniston was in a bright, sunny mood while hanging out with boyfriend Justin Theroux at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, an onlooker tells us. The couple seemed "content and present with each other" even as they were hanging out with a big group of people in the back area of the hotel's patio.
Aniston was bundled up for the weather, sporting a black wool peacoat and black pants, while her actor beau was in a leather jacket and gray T-shirt.
Theroux also greeted fellow revelers on the patio, sharing a hug with fellow guests like Zac Efron, who was there to hang with some guy friends. But when it was time to go, he only had eyes for Aniston, and the two giggled together as they left. Says the observer: "She and Justin were beaming and seemed enamored of each other."
Also at the Chateau that night: Eva Longoria, who was celebrating her 37th birthday with friends; and an energetic Lindsay Lohan who arrived at the hotel after midnight with one guy and a blonde female friend.

She may have initially made her mark playing New Yorker Rachel Green on Friends, but that doesn't mean the Big Apple was the right place for Jennifer Aniston.
"We tried New York," the Wanderlust star, referring to herself and Justin Theroux, said Friday on Australian radio's The Kyle and Jackie O Show in Sydney, but "it felt like I was [living] in a fishbowl."
And while, "Justin still has an apartment there … It was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn't feel like the New York I grew up in and knew," notes Aniston, 43, who now calls L.A. home.

What's in a name? For Jennifer Aniston and her new puppy Sophie, there's the memory of a few tears.
"We were [at the shelter] for three hours. I was almost walking out with three puppies," she told Jay Leno in a Friday appearance on The Tonight Show. "That's why we named her Sophie, because it was [like] Sophie's Choice. I was crying – it was so hard."
The actress, who adopted the pit bull mix with boyfriend Justin Theroux, said a friend involved in animal rescue had her on speed dial when a litter of 10 puppies showed up at a shelter one Sunday.

The Wanderlust star, who recently adopted a pit bull mix puppy with boyfriend Justin Theroux, shared a few adorable photos of the dog, named Sophie, during a Thursday appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
The pics of the adorable black-and-white pooch drew awww's from DeGeneres, the audience – and Aniston herself! "Oh, look at her, she's so sweet!" she said.

With her boyfriend Justin Theroux and her father John Aniston looking on proudly, Jennifer Aniston received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday, saying she could scarcely believe one of her "wildest dreams" had come true.
But first, she was introduced ... by her close friend and Just Go With It costar, Adam Sandler, who tipped his hat to her in a hilarious speech that also managed to mention Theroux.
Said Sandler: "I love this girl. My wife loves this girl. The entire world loves this girl. But mostly her family: Pops, Mom, brothers, fake sisters [long pause] and handsome and well-educated Justin Theroux loves this girl."
Theroux then clapped and blew Aniston a kiss, which she returned.

Insipid, tedious and lacking in common sense, Wanderlust has nothing to offer a discerning viewer. But hey, Jennifer Aniston got a boyfriend from this ridiculous enterprise, so that's something positive, right?
The aforementioned beau, Justin Theroux, plays Seth, the New-Agey leader of Elysium, a Georgia commune happened upon by George (Paul Rudd) and Linda (Aniston), a couple who can no longer afford their New York lifestyle. After a night of pot, drum circles and skinny-dipping, the pair decide to stay in Elysium.
That's when everything goes wrong – for us (the heck with George and Linda, they made their bed). It's a stream of lame jokes about hippies doing things no sane person would tolerate. I don't care how enlightened you think you are, if a stranger wants to watch you on the toilet, they need therapy.

Having recently celebrated her 43rd birthday, Jennifer Aniston had but one wish from boyfriend Justin Theroux – and it involved his hitting the floor ... and spinning.
"Ever since she saw Zoolander, she's been obsessed with making me breakdance," Theroux, 40, told Ellen DeGeneres for Wednesday's The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
To get out of dancing on command, Theroux said, he started insisting that to do the deed he needed to be wearing specific foot gear.
"I have a very particular pair shoes which I breakdance in," Theroux told DeGeneres, adding, "If I don't have my breakin' shoes, I don't breakdance."
