Christmas in September?
It certainly feels like the festive season has come early to Late Night. And that's because Justin Timberlake is joining his pal Jimmy Fallon every Tuesday this month for "Timberlake Tuesdays" as he counts down the days till his new album, The 20/20 Experience: 2 of 2, is released on Sept. 30.
And that's definitely a cause for celebration.

Riddle me this, film fans.
Justin Timberlake would love to play the famed villain, the Riddler, to Ben Affleck's Batman, he recently divulged in a radio interview.
Speaking to radio station Fresh 102.7's Jim & Kim Morning Show on Tuesday, Timberlake, 32, confessed that playing the bad guy sounds like a fun proposition, but don't even suggest that he'd be a fabulous cast as Robin in the 2015 sequel, Man of Steel.

Jay Z has pulled a first: He exclusively premiered his new video, "Holy Grail," on his Facebook page Thursday at noon ET.
And he had some heavyweight star power to accompany him – Justin Timberlake, sporting a scruffy new look.
The clip, which carried a 24-hour exclusivity window to boot, was the first ever by a major music star to debut on the social media site, according to Billboard.com, which reported that with more than 17 million Facebook fans for Jay Z and another 25 million for Timberlake, "the combined reach for 'Holy Grail' is significant."

Justin Timberlake drew thousands of buzzing fans to downtown Hoboken, N.J., on Wednesday for the briefest of surprise concerts – though only 150 lucky souls actually got to see him perform.
The occasion was a commercial shoot for a new Target ad. The venue? Maxwell's, the revered Hoboken music club which closed on July 31 after 35 years.
"Join me & @Target tonight for just one song. Let's 'Take Back the Night.' First 150 get in. See you there!" Timberlake, 32, wrote on Twitter at 7:32 p.m.

It all started with a phone call from Justin Timberlake.
J.C. Chasez revealed on Monday that 'NSYNC's big reunion at the VMAs was all Timberlake's idea.
"It was just a matter of time. Everybody would ask us, 'When are you guys going to do something?' " Chasez said Monday on On Air with Ryan Seacrest. "First of all, it was the worst-kept secret ever, [but] Justin gave me a buzz and he said, 'Hey man, listen. I'm getting this award and they have given me a pile of time to perform and we started our careers at MTV and I think we should get the band back together."

Jimmy Fallon had on his suit and tie, and accessorized with plenty of superlatives to describe his pal Justin Timberlake when he presented him with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the VMAs on Sunday.
The pair posed for this exclusive pic for PEOPLE backstage before JT went out and shut the place down with a medley of his hits including reuniting with his former 'NSYNC bandmates for two numbers – "Girlfriend" and "Bye, Bye, Bye."

They said Bye, Bye, Bye to their boy band days years ago, but on Sunday night, 'NSYNC took center stage – albeit briefly – at the MTV Video Music Awards and it was just like old times.
Justin Timberlake accepted his Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award (prior to taking home the night's top prize for video of the year), telling the packed crowd, "I don't deserve this award, but I'm not going to give it back," after he performed a bunch of singles, including "SexyBack," "Suit & Tie," "Mirrors" and "Cry Me a River." After presenter Jimmy Fallon called him the President of Pop and gave other effusive praise, Timberlake said, "I'm taking Jimmy on the road with me, that was incredible."

Lance Bass was seen getting coffee on Saturday in Manhattan – just one more sign that 'NSYNC is reuniting for the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night.
'NSYNC's breakout star, Justin Timberlake, is receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the show and his former bandmates – Bass, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone – are expected to join him to perform a medley of their hits.
In one of the worst-kept secrets in showbiz, the guys have been refusing to confirm their reunion, with Bass declaring earlier this week on his SiriusXM radio show, "Dirty Pop with Lance Bass," that the rumor was "so cute."
