The expectant mom, 32, recently sat – well, stood? – for a racy photo shoot with boyfriend Kanye West for the March 4 issue of French magazine, L'Officiel Hommes.
The couple hold each other passionately, while Kardashian's facial expression makes it seem like she's in the middle of an intimate moment.
Although this cover may prove to be one of the reality starlet's most sensual photographs, she is no stranger to showing skin.

The couple, returning from Brazil, were involved in a security breach at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport on Tuesday morning, when a TSA employee allowed them to skip a security checkpoint while transferring flights.
"An airline employee escorted the two travelers through a non-public area in order to provide expedited access to their domestic flight," a TSA spokesman said, according to New York's Daily News.

While many stars have decamped to Los Angeles for the Grammy Awards this weekend, Kanye West and pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian have taken their romance to Rio!
The two were spotted snapping pictures and taking in the scene at Corcovado Mountain on Saturday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where the annual Carnival celebrations officially kicked off on Friday.
Earlier, West, 35, and Kardashian, 32, who recently filed papers to seek a speedier divorce, were spotted sharing a smooch on their hotel room balcony and out at lunch at Braseiro Gavera restaurant.

Enough is enough – Kim Kardashian just wants to be legally single again.
More than a year after filing to dissolve her marriage to Kris Humphries, the reality starlet, 32, said on Tuesday, "In a perfect world, of course I would love to be divorced."
Making an appearance with sister Kourtney on Sway in the Morning radio show, Kardashian, went on to say, "[The marriage] is going on its second year, and that's really tough because I want to move on. I really want to move on with my life."

Her acceptance of the People's Choice Award for favorite country artist was met with a minor interruption, thanks to presenter Olivia Munn.

The expectant parents have purchased a Bel Air, Calif., mansion for $11 million, PEOPLE has confirmed after the real estate deal was first reported by TMZ.
"It's so exciting for them," says a source. "The house is gorgeous. And they really wanted and needed the privacy."
