Just a month after getting engaged, actress Katherine LaNasa and former Melrose Place star Grant Show tied the knot Saturday in front of family and friends, her rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.

The romantic and rustic ceremony was set in the scenic canyons of Topanga, Calif., at The Oak Grove at Ribbit Tree & Plant Nursery.

"We're so happy we found each other," the newlyweds tell PEOPLE.

The hunky former Melrose Place actor, 50, is engaged to actress Katherine LaNasa, her spokesperson confirms to PEOPLE.

"Katherine is very excited and already working on plans for the wedding that will happen later this year," her rep says of the blonde beauty, 45.
