High School Musical star KayCee Stroh is still cooing about her Jan. 9 wedding to Ben Higginson.
The 24-year-old actress, known to fans of the popular HSM movies as pop-and-lock girl Martha Cox, tells PEOPLE in its upcoming issue that she was glad to share her special day with 500 family members and friends including Monique Coleman, Bart Johnson, Ryne Sanborn and American Idol's David Archuleta.
"It meant so much to me that they came," Stroh says, noting that she was most proud that the day really captured hers and Higginson's personalities.

The flowers, the dresses, the food, the music, the guest list – it's all in place, High School Musical star KayCee Stroh tells PEOPLE.
"I have been dreaming about my wedding day since I was 10," says a giddy Stroh, 24, whose upcoming wedding with boyfriend Ben Higginson, 24, will be in Utah. "I know the man is the right man, but I'm worried about all of the wedding drama, you know?
"I'm normally spacy KayCee, but for this large affair I tried my best to have every detail in place," Stroh says. "At the end of day, everything will be great."

KayCee Stroh plans to walk down the aisle in Utah in January, and High School Musical's pop-and-lock girl is sharing her engagement photo exclusively with PEOPLE.
Stroh, 24, who plays Martha Cox in the series of movie-musicals, got engaged to her fiancé Ben Higginson in May when the cast was filming High School Musical 3: Senior Year.
"We shot from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m., and Ben was waiting for me in my trailer," Stroh told PEOPLE at the time. "He was waiting for me with a single red rose. Then he took me up to the H Rock, a place at the top of a little mountain that overlooks Salt Lake City, and we watched the sunrise. Then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him."

She hasn't graduated from high school – High School Musical, that is – but KayCee Stroh is well on the way to planning her dream wedding.
"I have an absolutely wonderful wedding planner who's [stopping] me from being a Bridezilla," the Disney franchise's pop-and-lock girl tells PEOPLE. "I'm so excited. It's great. It's going to be a January wedding. A lot of red, white and silver – and cranberries."
The 24-year-old – who's engaged to Ben Higginson, also 24 – is still in the process of finding the perfect wedding gown. "We're still working on a designer for the dress," Stroh said at Tuesday's Cheetah Girls One World premiere in Hollywood. "I've got a few people ... All I can tell you is that it's going to be outrageous."
