Lamar Odom reached a plea agreement in his DUI case, receiving three years of probation and agreeing to attend a three-month alcohol-education program.
An attorney for Khloé Kardashian's troubled husband appeared in Superior Court in Van Nuys, Calif., on Monday to enter a no-contest plea on Odom's behalf, according to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Ofice.
Odom, 34, who wasn't required to be in court, also will pay $1,800 in fines and penalties.

If you think Christmas can be a bit of a circus, the Kardashians seem to agree.
It wouldn't be the holidays in Hollywood without the anticipated unveiling of the Kardashian Christmas card, and this year's family photo is decidedly more high fashion than last year's more traditional white Christmas.
The glam, golden, glitzy photo features the Kardashian-Jenner clan draped in black and posing in a graffiti-strewn, artistically-trashed carnival-inspired room, littered with dollar signs, pop art and magazines, that looks as if it was taken in post-Mad Max Vegas.
Shot by famed photographer David LaChappelle, the photo seems to state that life as a member of the Kardashian family is a constant media circus.

They've got the looks, the many perks, the multiple homes (and fabulous vacations) … but perhaps the biggest thing that separates an ordinary person from a celebrity is the number on our paychecks.
While words like "recession" and "downslide" continue to pervade our conversations, there's an elite tier among Hollywood's biggest stars for whom those concepts have little impact.
Case in point: Matt Damon, who recently joined his good friend George Clooney in a Nespresso ad that only plays overseas. His 20-second appearance reportedly netted the actor a $3 million payday, or if you do the math, $150,000 a second.

In a sign that things may be turning around for Lamar Odom, the troubled NBA star had a two-hour meeting with Los Angeles Clippers management after training with the team on Friday, PEOPLE has confirmed with multiple sources.
The power forward, who was a free agent earlier this year, did not have his contract renewed by the Clippers after a disappointing season. He has also been battling substance abuse issues and marital problems with his wife, Khloé Kardashian.
"He has been talking to them for weeks," a source close to the Kardashian family tells PEOPLE. "He's close to signing. They were definitely apprehensive but Lamar has shown huge improvement over the last few weeks and everyone around him believes he's sober."

Anything can happen when it comes to the Kardashians.
But that sentiment rings especially true for Khloé Kardashian Odom and estranged husband Lamar Odom, who have been battling to save their marriage since news of his drug addiction broke this past summer.
Despite multiple sources indicating earlier this month that a split might be unavoidable, a source confirms to PEOPLE that the pair, who have remained in contact throughout the ordeal, "have been going to therapy together."

It hasn't been an easy past several months for Khloé Kardashian Odom – and the reality star opened up about her rocky marriage to Lamar Odom on the season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians on Sunday.
"As many times as I have protected Lamar or dodged a bullet for him, lately everything is getting more than what I can protect or control," Khloé, 29, said during a confessional after her husband's agent called looking for him. "I'm getting bombarded with questions, and I don't know what to say."
Reports first surfaced in August that the former Los Angeles Lakers star, 34, was using "hardcore recreational drugs" for two years and even spent time in rehab.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner share the spotlight with their famous older siblings, but only they know what it's like to grow up in the media glare – and they admit it's not easy.
"They got to live their teen years in a very different way than we did," Kendall, 18, told PEOPLE on Saturday at a Glendale, Calif., appearance with Kylie to promote their PacSun clothing line. Kim Kardashian and her sisters, Kourtney and Khloé didn't become famous until they were in their 20s, she explains.
"They lived it normally and then once they were already grown up, they went through what we’re now going through."
"They even say to us: 'If I was in your position, I would not be able to handle it,' " Kendall added.
