In 2012 we re-elected our president, fell in love with Honey Boo Boo and danced "Gangnam Style."
For me, 2012 was an incredibly rewarding year. First off, I'm healthy. Without health, nothing else matters. Second, as a fitness trainer I've been blessed with a profession that helps other people become healthier, feel better and look better. Below are five of my celebrity clients I was very proud to help this year. Their dedication to healthy eating and regular exercise sets a great example for all of their fans – including me.

It may not be as colorful as Charles and Camilla's Christmas card, but the Kardashian-Jenner clan handily prove with their holiday greetings that even California can have a white Christmas.
Kim Kardashian revealed a card on her Celebuzz blog, writing, "Here it is!! Our 2012 family Christmas card shot by the amazing Nick Saglimbeni!"
"I love our Christmas card!" Tweeted her sister, X Factor host Khloé Kardashian-Odom. "White party."

When shopping for Lamar Odom, the Kardashians can cross one popular holiday gift choice off their lists – electronics.
"Kourtney asked, 'Would Lamar like an iPad mini for Christmas?'" I said, 'Absolutely not!' He would have no idea what to do with," Khloé Kardashian told reporters Thursday after The X Factor. "He'd be, like, 'I can't write on this thing.'"
Despite his technological ineptitude, Odom does brave Skype to stay connected with his wife while playing away games with the Los Angeles Clippers.

When Mario Lopez walks down the aisle this weekend, he can thank Khloé Kardashian for helping put his mind at ease.
"We talk during rehearsals and commercial breaks, and he's like, 'What time did you cut the cake?' " Kardashian tells PEOPLE of her The X Factor cohost. "I'm like, 'I don't know. I was so wasted at my wedding.' "
But there is one bit of sincere advice she has imparted to Lopez: leave the "hosting" to his on-camera duties.

'Tis the season for ... Photoshop?
In an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The X Factor host Khloé Kardashian shared the secret of her family's annual Christmas card: If a family member can't attend the shoot, they get Photoshopped in to make the picture complete.
"We pretend that we're always together," Kardashian said during the interview airing Wednesday. "The powers of cameras and Photoshop."
While the Kardashian clan can't always be in the same physical space, they do their best to make lasting memories, she says.

Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom Will Be Apart for Thanksgiving

As most Americans sit down for Thanksgiving dinner, he'll be on the court with the Los Angeles Clippers in New York and she'll be on the stage in Los Angeles.
But even if Khloé Kardashian, 28, and her basketball star husband Lamar Odom, 33, won't be together this year for the family holiday, they remain connected and supportive as both continue their busy careers.
"Honestly, I'm fine with it, because I'm obsessed with my husband – in a healthy way – but he's on the road. He has a game in Brooklyn, so I don't feel guilty, like, 'I'm not going to be able to cook for him!' " Kardashian told PEOPLE from the set of The X Factor on Thursday.

How did Khloé Kardashian prepare for her big debut this week as co-host of The X Factor?
One word: Diet.
"I tried to cut out a lot of sweets," Kardashian, 28, told reporters after Thursday's show. "And I love ... cheese. [Cheese] is not a sweet, but ... I don't care."
An admitted cheese-o-holic, she likes "cheese on anything, I don't care. ... [I] binge eat," she says, then, with a laugh, adds, "and cry."

Hours before her big debut Wednesday as co-host of The X Factor, Khloé Kardashian wasn't thinking about X so much as "Why?"
Nerves took over, and suddenly she was freaking out – big time. Then came the show. And afterwards, came advice.
"My sisters have already texted me tips, which I love," Kardashian, 28, told reporters after Thursday's show. "I love constructive criticism. I've never done this before, so I just think I can only get better – hopefully."
