It's hard to believe it's been a decade since the series finale of Sex and the City – in fact, we often reflect on the lessons we learned from the show's leading lady, and ponder how life for the iconic foursome would be different in 2014.
Just as we've seen the cast of Friends and the Plastics of Mean Girls posing with their younger selves, it's time for the gal-pal quartet at the heart of SATC to receive the glory of our Photoshop time machine.
See Carrie, Charlotte, Samantha, Miranda and the rest of the SATC gang posing with their younger selves below. We've even thrown in a couple of the dudes!

It's been 10 years since the series finale of Sex and the City aired Feb. 22, 2004, which was many, many cosmopolitans ago.
We've since filled the void with shows like Girls, hair accessories that aren't scrunchies and the aforementioned cocktails (not to mention two follow-up films). But we'll never forget the HBO rom-sitcom, which followed the ultimate N.Y.C. core-four – Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker), Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall), Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) – through a dizzying world of guys, 6-inch heels and perfectly phrased one-liners.

In Spike Jonze's acclaimed new film Her, the titular pronoun refers to the female voice of a computer operating system, with whom a lonely writer (Joaquin Phoenix) falls in love. Sexy Scarlett Johansson plays the Siri-esque tool, making the premise a little more plausible.
In honor of Her's release this week, let's look back at some of the other movie characters who've been smitten with inanimate objects over the years.

When it comes to playing an iconic TV character, there probably aren't any sexier shoes to fill than those of Sex and the City's Samantha Jones.
That's why when Lindsey Gort got the call that she'd be playing young Samantha on season two of the CW's The Carrie Diaries, she lost it.
"I almost fell off of my balcony," she tells PEOPLE.
Despite being a dead ringer for Kim Cattrall's promiscuous character, Gort, 29, says in real life, she's not nearly as risqué. Here are five things to know about the sexy new star.

Kim Cattrall is famous for her svelte figure, but the Sex and the City star admits it's not easy staying slim – especially as she ages.
"I've been dieting my whole life because I have a tremendous appetite," she said recently at a brunch at Butter in New York to announce her new role as the spokeswoman for I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.
Luckily Cattrall, 54, says that she grew up with a healthy attitude about food and exercise. "This generation of women that I'm in, we have been brought up with Jane Fonda workout tapes and fresh air is good for you and exercise every day and drink eight cups of water.... and it's paid off at this time of my life," says the actress. "It gets harder because parts of my body don't want to be on a diet, but at the same time it gets me up in the morning to work out."

Wearing a bright yellow Valentino gown that alter-ego Carrie Bradshaw would certainly approve, Sarah Jessica Parker was "excited and nervous" at the chandelier-lined blue carpet for the premiere of Sex and the City 2 Monday night.
It's a "once in a lifetime experience," Parker said as she met throngs of fans lining the street outside New York's Radio City Music Hall.
Even with the rest of the leading ladies, Kristin Davis (in Jean Desses for Decades), Kim Cattrall (in Naeem Khan), and Cynthia Nixon (in Carolina Herrera) rocking glamorous gowns as well, Parker, insists that the success of SATC isn't just about the clothes.
"You can't hang your hat on fashion forever," she said. "I think people want a substantive story that is meaningful whether they relate or not, and they want to hear women talk about things that are important to them besides their desire to wear a pretty dress. [What's] so unique about these characters is that you can do both."

Feuding on set? The ladies of Sex and the City say it's a lovefest working together – usually.
"Things just have to be explosive for no other reason than for people's imaginations," Kim Cattrall, 53, tells the June issue of Marie Claire "The chemistry among the four of us is very strong."
Kristin Davis laughs off rumors that she snubbed Cattrall at dinner one night while they were filming the SATC sequel, due in theatres May 27. "[One tabloid story] said Kim and I would eat in the restaurant and not sit together," the actress, 45, says. "The story was that we don't like each other. Ridiculous!"

Glenn Close was sheer evil perfection as the live-action version of Cruella De Vil in the 1996 remake of the Disney classic 101 Dalmatians. And while that creepy character sought to clothe herself in cuddly lap dogs, Sleeping Beauty's Maleficent takes it up a notch, cursing a baby to death by spinning wheel and turning into a dragon! She's so ominous, in fact, she may be the first Disney villain to get her own feature.
The Maleficent movie would, according to The Hollywood Reporter re-tell the 1959 fairy tale from the point of view of the self-proclaimed "Mistress of All Evil." Already rumored to be a front-runner for the delightfully devilish role: Angelina Jolie.
But wouldn't the equally gorgeous Catherine Zeta-Jones be able to bring to life her evil elegance? Her background is in theater and dancing after all. Another casting contender: Kim Cattrall, who has proven time after time she is equally bewitching and b----y!

Sporting a traditional yet elegant floor-length wedding gown and veil, the woman who rarely dates the same man twice sure looked like a blushing bride. Spotted during a break in filming Sex and the City 2, Kim Cattrall dodged questions from fans regarding the marital status of her character, Samantha Jones. All she would reveal was a smile as she disappeared onto the closed set. –Isley Kasica
