Kim Kardashian is adjusting to motherhood, one email at a time.
Ryan Seacrest – who is an executive producer on Keeping Up with the Kardashians – shared an exchange he had with the reality star on his radio show, On Air with Ryan Seacrest, on Tuesday.
After emailing her a message that read, "Yay! Congrats my darling, you're a mommy!" Kardashian responded with "Cant believe it! It's so crazy!"

No surprise here: Kim Kardashian's daughter is a totally beautiful babe!
While the world awaits the first photos of Kardashian and Kanye West's baby girl, family and close friends have been visiting and one tells PEOPLE that she takes after her mama in the looks department.
"The baby is beyond beautiful. Everything we expected," socialite, model and Tres Glam jewelry designer Brittny Gastineau, who visited Kardashian at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles over the weekend and Monday night, says.

Even though Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's bundle of joy decided to arrive earlier than planned, the reality star didn't require a cesarean section to deliver her daughter, a source confirms to PEOPLE.
"She was admitted with medical complications and her doctor made the decision that her baby needed to be delivered. Kim had a natural birth," the source says. "If Kim would have had very serious complications, her doctor would have decided to do an emergency c-section instead."
As for the baby girl's name, Kardashian, 32, has mentioned in the past that it will likely begin with a 'K,' but so far, she and West, 36, remain undecided, although a second source tells PEOPLE that they are close to a final decision.

New parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are getting an A-list shout-out.
Beyoncé sent a message to the couple, who welcomed a baby girl in L.A. on Saturday.
"Congratulations Kim & Kanye, Enjoy this beautiful moment together," the singer wrote in a post on her website, which was illustrated with a happy-looking photo of the pair.

Kris Jenner couldn't hide her excitement over the Kardashian clan's most recent addition – her daughter Kim's baby girl, born Saturday – when she walked the red carpet at the Daytime Emmys on Sunday.
"We're all fine. We're all good and extremely happy and thrilled for the new baby," Jenner told HLN in the first interview since the baby's birth. "She's doing great and she's beautiful! So very exciting."

Kim Kardashian's best friend, reality star Jonathan Cheban is very excited for her new addition.
"Kim is doing amazing and couldn't be happier," Cheban exclusively told PEOPLE at the Daytime Emmy Awards on Sunday. "I'm so thrilled for her and Kanye."
Kardashian, 32, welcomed a baby girl on Saturday with boyfriend Kanye West. Leading up to her delivery, Cheban, 39, spent the week with Kardashian at her Los Angeles home. He also visited her in the hospital on both Saturday and Sunday.

Father's Day came early for Kanye West, who welcomed his first child with girlfriend Kim Kardashian on Saturday morning.
Although PEOPLE confirmed the news through a source, the Kardashian family has remained uncharacteristically mum on social media – until Sunday afternoon, just in time to honor the day for dads.

Kanye West had a busy weekend of work planned, but it appears he dropped everything to be by pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian's side before she gave birth to a baby girl on Saturday.
The controversial rapper, 36, was "supposed to attend his listening session last night," a source tells PEOPLE of his new album event, scheduled for 10:00 p.m. on Friday. "Kanye canceled about 15 minutes prior [to the playback] to be by Kim's side."
Before officially calling off the session, West was spotted much earlier on that day with Kardashian, 32, who "looked very exhausted and tried to be incognito," an onlooker, who Tweeted about the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center sighting, tells PEOPLE. "Kanye seemed very supportive. It looked like support in pain and labor."
