Enough is enough – Kim Kardashian just wants to be legally single again.
More than a year after filing to dissolve her marriage to Kris Humphries, the reality starlet, 32, said on Tuesday, "In a perfect world, of course I would love to be divorced."
Making an appearance with sister Kourtney on Sway in the Morning radio show, Kardashian, went on to say, "[The marriage] is going on its second year, and that's really tough because I want to move on. I really want to move on with my life."

More than a year after divorce papers were filed, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are still unhappily married in the eyes of the law.
Now, Kardashian's lawyer says the reality star wants a trial ASAP to bring the ordeal to an end.
"Ms. Kardashian is now handcuffed to Kris Humphries," her A-list attorney Laura Wasser told an L.A. Superior Court judge Wednesday. "These delays are forcing her to be married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life. I don't think [Kris] has a case, it's a fishing expedition."

After reports surfaced that the couple of 21 years was headed for divorce, a source tells PEOPLE it couldn't be farther from the truth.
"They're not getting divorced," a source says. "It is all rubbish."
"This same basic story has been on covers of mags for the last year and none ... is true," the source adds.

Likely to be forever branded as Kim Kardashian's 72-day husband, Kris Humphries continues to break free from his past and is looking forward to playing with the Brooklyn Nets.
"Some people just make bad decisions, and you just know it's not what's meant to be," Humphries, 27, tells the New York Post's Page Six Magazine, on sale Sept. 6.
"The decisions that you make, you obviously make for a reason. Everything in life for me has just been moving forward.”

Marital bliss, meet divorce hell.
Kim Kardashian's marriage to Kris Humphries is so mired in court that a settlement is looking out of reach and a trial doesn't appear likely until next year.
"To say I am frustrated is an understatement," the reality star's lawyer, Laura Wasser, complained to a judge Tuesday at a Los Angeles Superior Court hearing, according to E Online.
Humphries, 27, a pro basketball player, is seeking to annul the August 2011 televised wedding on the grounds the marriage was a fraud. Kardashian, 31, wants a straightforward divorce.

The basketball star and four guy friends recently popped into a Perrier-Jouet-sponsored bash at hotspot Bagatelle in New York City.

Humphries and his group, meanwhile, headed to the back of the bar for a drink when they got in, an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
"Kris posed for a camera phone with one partygoer," the source says. "They stayed about 40 minutes before taking off."

Kim Kardashian is a whole new woman. At least that's what she tells Oprah Winfrey.
In Winfrey's much-hyped interview with Kim and the rest of the Kardashian clan – which will air in two parts (June 17 and June 24 at 8 p.m. ET) on OWN – the talk show host says Kim seems to have matured since her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries.
"You're growing up," observes Winfrey. Says Kardashian, 31, "I'm totally growing up."
Kardashian says she has changed her outlook on life and even who she surrounds herself with. "A lot of my friends, the people that I love to just sit and talk to and spend my time with, are wiser, a little bit older than me," says Kardashian. "Before I used to, you know, all my boyfriends were younger. I always dated five years younger. My whole thing was completely different."

As a former competitive swimmer and now a plus-sized model, Kaela Humphries is used to having her professional life linked to her body.
Unfortunately, as an athlete in high school and college, her eating and exercising regimen was much different than it is now that she's stopped swimming.
"You are sort of used to living and eating a certain way, and then you are like, 'Oh my God, I can't eat 10 meals a day and 10,000 calories anymore,' " Humphries, 29, tells PEOPLE about having to alter her routine. "On top of that, I'm approaching 30 and it gets harder to lose weight the older you get."

Kim Kardashian wants her ex-husband Kris Humphries to sign on the dotted line.
A lawyer for the reality star, 31, who filed for divorce from Humphries, 27, in October after 72 days of marriage, told an L.A. judge Friday it's time to move forward with proceedings, according to the Associated Press.
"I feel that [Humphries]' personal feelings and maybe some media drive is keeping this case alive," Laura Wasser said, adding that the pair are now eligible for divorce because it has been six months since the filing.
