Everyone is talking about the 2014 Sochi Olympic figure skaters – past gold medalists included.
Four of America's most celebrated skaters – Apolo Ohno, Kristi Yamaguchi, Scott Hamilton and Dorothy Hamill – glided over to Parade to share their Winter Olympics experiences.
As gold medalists, this group knows what it takes to win, and what to expect once the closing ceremony is over. Transitioning from the top of the podium to normal life isn't easy, but then, neither are triple axels.
Ohno and Hamilton will serve as analysts at Sochi, but they won't be offering life advice like this. Before the Sochi Games start, see what these skating stars have to say, and relive their winning performances.

Reeling from the death of her father, Nancy Kerrigan still mustered the strength to show the class and courtesy for which she is known in the skating world.
Paul Wylie, an Olympic silver medalist who also competed in the 1992 Albertville Olympics with Kerrigan, spoke with her by phone early Monday when he heard the news that Daniel Kerrigan, 70, died after an alleged assault by his troubled son, Mark.
"She was really struggling," Wylie tells PEOPLE. "But she called to thank me for calling."
Kristi Yamaguchi, who also competed with Kerrigan in Albertville, offered her condolences by text mail, and Kerrigan responded, "Thank you...I appreciate all the support I've been getting."

Last March, Kristi Yamaguchi was celebrated for becoming a contestant on Dancing with the Stars – but in her personal life, the Olympic Gold Medalist and her husband, NHL star Bret Hedican, were mourning the loss of their good friend Patrick Brandt.
Brandt, a childhood pal of Hedican's, succumbed to a brain tumor and left behind a wife and two young children on March 2, 2008 in Mahtomedi, Minn. He was 37 years old.
On August 21, Yamaguchi and Hedican will host The Patrick Brandt Live Life, Give Love Celebration benefit concert and silent auction at The Myth Nightclub in Maplewood, Minn., to raise money for Brandt's family.
