American Idol's LaKisha Jones Is Pregnant

As a competitor during American Idol's sixth season, LaKisha Jones earned fame as the single mom singer with a big voice. Now Jones, 29, is no longer single – she married financial advisory Larry Davis last October – and she's got another baby on the way, expecting her first child with Davis this summer, PEOPLE confirms.
The baby will follow the release of Jones's first solo CD, So Glad I'm Me, out on May 19. "When I think about all the goodness in my life right now," Jones said, "everyday I think 'I'm so glad I'm me!'"
Jones's daughter Brionne, 6, started calling Davis "Dad" even before their wedding. "The way he interacts with my daughter and treats her as his own. … I love that," Jones told PEOPLE in October. "I may not have won American Idol, but I have won because I'm able to provide a better life for me and my daughter and that's all I've ever wanted."

Talk about Idol worshippers: Former American Idol star LaKisha Jones married financial adviser Larry Davis on Sunday – with a fair share of her season-six castmates to bear witness.
As about 50 family and friends – including Haley Scarnato, Melinda Doolittle, Gina Glocksen and Sanjaya Malakar (sporting shoulder-length loose curls) – looked on, Jones, 28, exchanged vows with Davis at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
In keeping with the event's theme of old-fashioned Hollywood glamour, white round candles perched on floating black stands and red rose petals dotted the floor.

She may have captured the viewers' hearts as the single mom with soul on American Idol's sixth season – but now LaKisha Jones's heart belongs to Houston financial adviser Larry Davis.
The two will marry Sunday at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
"I'm very excited," Jones, 28, tells PEOPLE. “My [5-year-old] daughter Brionne is the flower girl, and she woke up this morning and said, 'We have [a few] days, Mommy, and then I can put on my dress!' "
