A former personal assistant to Lady Gaga claims the singer has lived up to her album title of Fame Monster.

Jennifer O'Neill has filed a lawsuit seeking nearly $380,000 from Gaga's touring company for 7,168 hours of unpaid overtime racked up while being at the entertainer's beck-and-call in late 2009 and most of 2010.

Describing Gaga as a nightmare boss, O'Neill claims her duties required everything from acting as a "personal alarm clock" to "ensuring the promptness of a towel following a shower."

Guess she's not so single! Lady Gaga and buzzed-about beau Taylor Kinney were spotted sharing some backstage PDA at the KIIS-FM Jingle Ball at L.A.'s Nokia Theatre. The two kept their hands to themselves in public, but they were spotted embracing in the privacy of the hallway backstage. While some of the actor's Vampire Diaries costars were at the show, and even walked the red carpet, he stuck by Gaga for her headlining performance, and onlookers later spotted the two holding hands and acting like a couple.

Britney Spears: How She Spent Her 30th Birthday

Originally posted 12/03/2011 07:00AM

While Britney Spears was celebrating her 30th Friday by ice-skating in Houston with boyfriend Jason Trawick, her celebrity friends were sending her birthday messages or homemade videos.

"Happy birthday to the beautiful Miss Britney Spears! Welcome to the 30's club, Brit!!" Kim Kardashian told the pop star on Celebuzz. "I wish you all the best for this next year and beyond. You're going to love your 30's! I love you and hope you have a magical day."

Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber phoned Spears on Friday, while Nicki Minaj and Lance Bass (who kiddingly called his old pal "grandma") – not to mention hundreds of her biggest fans – posted videos to honor her.

Lady Gaga's road to fame was certainly a rough one, if the video for her new single "Marry the Night" is any indication.

The latest in a line of epic music videos, the enigmatic 14-minute clip, which Gaga herself directed and has said is autobiographical, will certainly leave fans talking, if not scratching their heads.

Adele, Kanye West & Bruno Mars Lead Grammy Nominations

Originally posted 11/30/2011 11:20PM

It's the perfect pick-me-up as she recovers from throat surgery.

Adele, the Brit with the powerhouse voice, earned six Grammy Award nominations Wednesday night, including nods in all three of the award show's major categories: album of the year; record of the year; and song of the year.

Kanye West, however, snagged the most recognition, leading with seven nominations, many for his collaboration with Jay-Z, Watch the Throne.

This year, like last, the Grammys spread the wealth across genres, with rockers Foo Fighters and R&B crooner Bruno Mars each picking up six nominations. Not far behind: rapper Lil Wayne and electronic dance jam pioneer Skrillex, who both pulled in five nominations, while indie rocker Bon Iver, Nicki Minaj, Mumford & Sons and Rihanna each earned four nominations.

Lady Gaga Fears She's Destined to Stay Single

Originally posted 11/29/2011 08:00AM

Lady Gaga's new single is called "Marry the Night," and according to the singer herself, that might be the only thing that will ever accompany her down the aisle.

"I have an inability to know what happiness feels like with a man," the Grammy winner, 25, tells the new issue of Vanity Fair. "I think what it really is, is that I date creative people. And I think that's what intimidates them is not my purse, it's my mind."

Gaga's words might come as a shock to her rumored boyfriend, Taylor Kinney of The Vampire Diaries. But Gaga – born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta – herself admits she has failed relationships down to a science.

Lady Gaga Terrifies a Baby

Everyone's a critic.

Okay, so Lady Gaga doesn't exactly look like Mother Goose – well, not today, anyway – but is that any excuse for Baby Loissa to have this reaction to being held by the pop star?

It was the infant's parents, after all, who suggested the singer hold their child for a photograph – now being seen around the world.

The photo was taken at a London hotel, after Gaga spent Wednesday at the London Television Studios, being interviewed by host Alan Carr for the Chatty Man show. According reports, the singer spilled a little of the Irish whiskey she was drinking on Carr's couch.

What would Lady Gaga choose: Another hour of sleep – or another cocktail?

Overnight clocks were turned back one hour to mark the end of daylight savings 2011. And if you think the time change is something worth saying cheers to, take a cue from one of Mother Monster's favorite swills with a Jameson Irish Whiskey-based cocktail.

The "Falling to Black" cocktail, masterminded by Pernod-Ricard bartender Simon Ford, combines small-batch Jameson Black Barrel whiskey with lemon juice, apple cider and mulled spice syrup for an autumn-appropriate concoction.
