Though the big day is a ways away for Lance Bass and his fiancé, Michael Turchin, the couple is already planning their wedding.
"There are a few wedding plans," the former 'NSYNC member, 34, told PEOPLE at the AMA nominee press conference. "We're doing it probably next fall."
Bass, who's hosting the pre-show for the Nov. 24 awards, is focusing on the wedding fashion right now.

Despite the complexities of staging an out-of-town proposal, Lance Bass managed to keep the secret from Michael Turchin, who is now his fiancé.
"I had no idea," Turchin said of the proposal during Bass's Sirius XM show Dirty Pop with Lance Bass on Sunday.
The former 'NSYNC member, 34, said that to maintain the surprise, he knew he had to keep it from Turchin's parents and twin sister until just before the event.

Getting fiancé Michael Turchin to say yes to his proposal was easy for Lance Bass, but finding a ring to make it happen was one tough task.
"He went to three stores and couldn't find anything," a source tells PEOPLE. "He was frustrated that they don't make men's rings anywhere. He said it's impossible. The fourth store was Saks. He saw a David Yurman ring and he knew that was the one, so he bought it. He said it spoke to him."
With the hardest part finally out of the way, Bass, 34, was ready to pop the question in Jackson Square in New Orleans.

Another 'NSYNC member is about to say "Bye Bye Bye" to the single life.
Lance Bass is engaged to artist Michael Turchin, a source confirms to PEOPLE.
A week after his reunion with Justin Timberlake and their former bandmates in New York City for the MTV Video Music Awards, Bass, 34, revealed that he popped the question.

They said Bye, Bye, Bye to their boy band days years ago, but on Sunday night, 'NSYNC took center stage – albeit briefly – at the MTV Video Music Awards and it was just like old times.
Justin Timberlake accepted his Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award (prior to taking home the night's top prize for video of the year), telling the packed crowd, "I don't deserve this award, but I'm not going to give it back," after he performed a bunch of singles, including "SexyBack," "Suit & Tie," "Mirrors" and "Cry Me a River." After presenter Jimmy Fallon called him the President of Pop and gave other effusive praise, Timberlake said, "I'm taking Jimmy on the road with me, that was incredible."

Lance Bass was seen getting coffee on Saturday in Manhattan – just one more sign that 'NSYNC is reuniting for the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night.
'NSYNC's breakout star, Justin Timberlake, is receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the show and his former bandmates – Bass, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone – are expected to join him to perform a medley of their hits.
In one of the worst-kept secrets in showbiz, the guys have been refusing to confirm their reunion, with Bass declaring earlier this week on his SiriusXM radio show, "Dirty Pop with Lance Bass," that the rumor was "so cute."

It would be a reunion ten years in the making.
With rumors swirling that 'NSYNC (the boy band that propelled Justin Timberlake to super stardom) may reunite and perform at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, the big question is: What song will they sing?

'NSYNC fans, your wish may be granted.
Ten long years after the popular boy band said "Bye Bye Bye" to their adoring, often screaming admirers, all five members of the bubblegum pop group Rolling Stone once called "the biggest band in the world" are reportedly set to take the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards in Brooklyn on Sunday, according to various news sources.
Lance Bass, J.C. Chasez, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick are all scheduled to perform alongside the band's breakout mega-star – Justin Timberlake – at the awards show in Brooklyn's Barclays Center.
Timberlake, 32, is scheduled to receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award during the evening. He also leads in overall nominations, alongside Macklemore & Ryan Lewis: six.

Lucky for this puppy, he's got Lance Bass as a Buddy.
On Monday, the former 'N Sync star posted a photo to Instagram of the most recent rescue he's trying to help find a fur-ever home for: Meet Buddy.
"We have tons of fun presents for whoever finds a great home for him!" Bass wrote, instructing prospective owners to email the address of his SiriusXM radio show, Dirty Pop. "Yes he has one eye! So cool!"
