Lea Michele caught a red eye from California just to make it in time for Jennifer Lopez's emotional concert at Connecticut's Mohegan Sun. The newly single Glee star was spotted near the stage, snacking on nachos and dancing with her friend. Afterward, she went backstage to hang out in Lopez's dressing room. Also spotted in the audience: newlyweds Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo and Jaime Pressly. – Liz McNeil

Lea Michele is outraged over the death of a New York City carriage horse that collapsed Sunday on a Manhattan street.
"Just woke up to the saddest news about one of the carriage horses dying [in] midtown NYC. This has to stop! Please," the Glee star Tweeted on Monday.

The cable network is developing a biopic about the pop superstar titled Fame Monster: The Lady Gaga Story.
According to Showbiz411.com, the project is "a love letter to Gaga" and follows her from age 16 through her rise to fame.

Lea Michele and her Glee costars Jane Lynch, Chris Colfer and more – took in the scene at Fox and FX's post-Emmy bash at Fig & Olive in West Hollywood. Guests – such as first-time Emmy winner Margo Martindale and Modern Family's Ty Burrell and Jesse Tyler Ferguson – filled the restaurant and a massive tent next door and nibbled on Mediterranean-inspired food such as filet mignon, ratatouille, asparagus in olive oil, seafood paella and goat cheese gnocchi.

Lea Michele and Boyfriend Theo Stockman Split

After more than a year together, Lea Michele and Broadway actor Theo Stockman have called it quits.
A rep for the Glee star, 25, says the relationship simply ran its course. "They will always be friends," adds the rep.
Stockman and Michele started dating after they were spotted at an April 2010 event in New York celebrating Time's 100 Most Influential People issue.

Watch out, Gleeks! Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) has the students of McKinley High in her crosshairs.
In a new promo for Fox's hit show Glee, which returns Sept. 20, the nasty Cheerios coach plays a little dodgeball to the tune of the Go-Go's "We Got the Beat."
While Rachel (Lea Michele), Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison) and Emma (Jayma Mays) don't get hit, most of the guys, including Finn (Cory Monteith), Puck (Mark Salling) and Artie (Kevin McHale) all get nailed – in the face.
Like the devilishly fun promo promises, "This season will be impossible to miss."

Ryan Murphy Explains Glee Casting Confusion

Between the conflicting casting news and subsequent cast comments, there seems to be more Glee drama in the headlines than in the halls of William McKinley High School.
But the show's executive producer, Ryan Murphy, is setting the record straight: No one was fired, and no one is leaving – only that was not the original plan.
Murphy says Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Chris Colfer, – who Murphy initially said were slated to graduate and end their run on the Fox series after the upcoming season – were actually in talks to star in a spin-off series, which has since been put on the backburner.

Despite recent reports that Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Chris Colfer were leaving Glee after the upcoming season, executive producer Brad Falchuk promised fans of Fox's musical sitcom that they haven't seen the last of Rachel, Finn and Kurt.
"It was never our plan or our intention to let them go," Falchuck said Sunday during a panel discussion at Comic-Con International in San Diego, reports Entertainment Weekly. "They are not done with the show after this season."

Another year, another Emmy snub for Courteney Cox.
Buzz had been building that the Cougar Town actress, 47, might earn her first Emmy nomination this year. But she was left off the list of nominees Thursday – one of several notable omissions.
Other actors who didn't feel the love from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences this year: Kyra Sedgwick of The Closer, the Emmy winner in 2010; Sean Bean of Game of Thrones; Joel McHale of Community; and Lea Michele of Glee.
