Where's the bling?
Leighton Meester kept her ring finger hidden from view while she and new fiancé Adam Brody went for a stroll with their pups on Sunday in Los Angeles.
The pair looked casual in sunglasses and sneakers, with Brody, 34, wearing a puffy coat and sweatpants and Meester, 27, sporting a sweatshirt, floral leggings and a denim jacket tied around her waist.

From gossip to literature.
Former Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester will make her Broadway debut next year as a beautiful temptress in the revival of Of Mice and Men.
Producers said Monday that Meester will join James Franco and Chris O'Dowd in the story about an unlikely friendship between two migrant field workers in California during the Great Depression.
The story by John Steinbeck centers on big-dreaming George and the mentally challenged Lennie. Meester, who starred in the film Country Strong, will play the wife of a ranch boss who fascinates Lennie – "she's purty," he tells his friend – and endangers their fates.

There's nothing better than having two of your favorite things come together, and so it is with great happiness that we learned that Adam Brody and Leighton Meester, both graduates of the Josh Schwartz school of teen dramedy, will soon be walking down the aisle.
But because we prefer a world in which The O.C. and Gossip Girl might actually have taken place, the pair's impending nuptials got us thinking: Would Blair Waldorf and Seth Cohen have hit it off in real life?
Let's look at the facts:

Extraterrestrial life has never been this cuddly!
Leighton Meester's dog Trudy channeled her inner E.T. in a photo the actress shared on Instagram on Tuesday.
"Alien dog gets a bath. No reaction," Meester wrote with the pic of the longhaired dachshund sopping wet in a sink and seemingly unamused by the impromptu scrub.

New couple Leighton Meester and Adam Brody stepped out for an early dinner in Venice, Calif., on Thursday evening.
Just after 6 p.m., Brody – who wore a red sweatshirt – and Meester – who dressed in an oversized cardigan – met up with a pal at La Fiesta Brava, a local Mexican restaurant.
An onlooker tells PEOPLE that both Brody and Meester ordered enchiladas while chatting about film with their friend. "She sipped on a Mexican coke and sat back smiling and listening to the boys," the source adds.

Did you figure it out?
The series finale of Gossip Girl, which aired Monday on the CW, had it all: two weddings (Blair marries Chuck; Serena marries Dan), two stunning wedding gowns (powder blue, beaded Elie Saab Couture on B, and a gold and white strapless Georges Chakra Couture on S), cameo appearances by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Rachel Bilson and Kristen Bell (as themselves, reading the roles of Blair and Serena from a script written by Dan), the return of Jenny Humphrey (briefly!) and the reveal of Gossip Girl's identity. And it's not Dorota.
The person behind the mysterious blog that has kept tabs on the Upper East Side's elite was not a girl at all – it was Brooklyn's very own Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley).
