Alex Rodriguez's life has gotten more complicated.

In the wake of reports that he's in a relationship with Madonna, several media outlets reported that his wife has left him for Lenny Kravitz.

In response to reports that Cynthia Rodriguez, 34, ran off to Paris with him, Kravitz issued a statement first posted on perezhilton.com Thursday: "There is absolutely no affair between Cynthia Rodriguez and myself. This is unequivocally 100 percent not true."

Kravitz, who is currently on tour in Europe, said that Cynthia is there with him as a friend.

• Lenny Kravitz, taking his ex-wife Lisa Bonet, her baby girl Lola, 3 months, and her boyfriend Jason Momoa for a birthday dinner at Nobu in Malibu. (Bonet turns 40 on Nov. 16.) While it was Bonet's big night, the main focus of the dinner was definitely Lola: When the baby got fussy, Kravitz let Bonet enjoy her salad while he cuddled and calmed the infant. When everyone finished, Kravitz and Momoa teamed up, strolling the baby to Bonet's car before everyone departed.

Lenny Kravitz will be among the sea of celebrities performing at Saturday's Tsunami Aid: A Concert of Hope (to air on NBC) – but last weekend, he belonged to a crowd of 60 fans lucky enough to win a contest by Miami pop radio station Y100. During the private show and Q&A session, held at the Sagamore Hotel in South Beach, Kravitz performed a few hits (including "Lady" from the Gap commercials, "Believe in Me" and "Let Love Rule"), talked about receiving "peace" for Christmas and revealed that he currently does not have a particular love interest. (When one fan asked about Nicole Kidman, with whom Kravitz had a brief relationship in 2003, he said, "Where have you been?," drawing laughs from the crowd.) One thing you can say for Nicole Kidman: The woman knows how to keep a secret. Throughout the summer, the Oscar-winning actress dismissed inquiries of a romance with rocker Lenny Kravitz with "we're-just-friends" denials. Yes, she was renting his apartment, but please don't get the wrong idea. Meanwhile, the two befuddled photographers by arriving and exiting hot spots around Manhattan at separate times. A coincidence, naturally – celebs often stumble over each other at the coolest places. Over the weekend of Sept. 19, however, the couple popped up at several high-profile events, including a tribute to Gregory Hines at the Apollo theater. The buzz increased accordingly. Then, on Sept. 30, the pair finally came clean: Kidman had indeed fallen for her leather-trousered landlord. Reps deny reports that the couple are engaged but won't discuss persistent buzz that the two will announce an engagement in the near future. "They're very close," says her spokeswoman Leslee Dart. "He's very important to her. Beyond that, I don't know."
