Photos from Levi Johnston's much-anticipated Playgirl pictorial made their debut early Saturday morning, with the father of Sarah Palin's grandson losing his shirt but keeping the poses decidedly PG-13.
According to Daniel Nardicio, a spokesperson for Playgirl, additional photos of Johnston will be released on a weekly basis. Johnston, 19, said earlier this month, "People won't be disappointed. It will be tasteful."

Levi Johnston Sees Himself in His Son

A week after his notorious Playgirl shoot – the results of which are due to be exposed online this weekend – Levi Johnston's thoughts are on his 10-month-old son, Tripp.
At Wednesday's GQ Men of the Year Party in Los Angeles, a fully-clothed Johnston told PEOPLE that he sees a little bit of himself in his son. "He is very funky," Johnston says. "He's got a lot of energy. He's always looking to mess things up, break things. He's crazy."
Johnston, 19, says that the best thing about being a dad is "just the excitement of watching him grow up. There's a lot of responsibilities you take on. I became a teenager and I grew up really fast."

Levi Johnston Says No to Palin Thanksgiving

There'll be an extra drumstick at the Palin house next week: Sarah's could-have-been-son-in-law Levi Johnston likely won't be sitting down with the family for the Thanksgiving feast.
The former VP candidate and Alaska governor, 45, had extended Johnston, 19, the holiday invite to the family compound on Lake Lucille in Wasilla when she appeared on TV with Oprah Winfrey to promote her new memoir, Going Rogue: An American Life. Palin told the talk-show queen, "It's lovely to think that he would ever even consider such a thing.”
The teen reportedly told Playgirl, for whom he has posed, that this was "a nice gesture, but she didn't mean it." The nude model also said having dinner with the Palins would be "awkward."

Levi Johnston Sports a Fig Leaf

While his almost-mother-in-law Sarah Palin hits the publicity trail this week for her autobiography Going Rogue, Levi Johnston will not be getting the exposure that originally had been promised.
Contrary to earlier teases that the 19-year would leave nothing to the imagination in his Playgirl photo shoot, "He did not give 'full frontal' as his manager Tank [Jones] reported he would," Daniel Nardicio, a spokesman for Playgirl, tells New York's Daily News. The pictorial spread was shot last week. NBC News reports that publication, originally set for December, has been pushed up to this coming Saturday, Nov. 21.
Still, said Nardicio, "We're thrilled with the photos we got, and are confident people will love them, but although there may be glimpses, we did not get full on frontal nudity."

Levi Johnston Calls Jon Gosselin a 'Good Guy'

Levi Johnston says he has a lot in common with Jon Gosselin.
"He's a good guy," Johnston told PEOPLE at Wednesday's sex-oriented Fleshbot Awards in New York City. "He's kind of in the same situation I am right now. He's a good dad and he gets a lot of bad press. He's getting the same bad image as I am and it ain't true. I can relate to that."
Johnston, 19, who met Gosselin in New York on Nov. 8, even received some parenting tips from the dad of eight, which might come in handy if the Alaskan wins his suit to gain joint custody of his child with Bristol Palin.

In his custody fight for son Tripp, Levi Johnston says he's up against a powerful foe: Sarah Palin.
Johnston, 19, claims the former vice presidential candidate has been part of an effort to keep Tripp away from Johnston by exerting influence on 19-year-old daughter Bristol, who is Tripp's mother.
"She has a big impact on what Bristol does and thinks," Johnston tells Entertainment Tonight. "Bristol looks up to Sarah. I don't know why they just don't want me in his life."

Levi Johnston to Sue for Joint Custody of Son Tripp

The man who was almost Sarah Palin's son-in-law will pursue legal action to gain joint custody of his son with Bristol Palin, according to reports.
Levi Johnston, 19, is the father of 10-month-old Tripp with his ex-girlfriend Bristol, the daughter of the former Alaska governor. The two were engaged to be married, but broke off their relationship in March.
Johnston is seeking joint custody at the end of the month because the Palin family is allegedly making it difficult for him to see his son, he told The Insider.

You're about to get a chance to learn more about one Alaska resident than you may want: Levi Johnston is going to go fully nude for his pictorial in Playgirl.
That's right. Bristol Palin's baby daddy and the man who was almost ex-Gov. Sarah Palin's son-in-law will be showing his naughty bits.
"Everything's gonna hang out," manager Tank Jones tells TMZ.com. "We're talking 'Full Johnson.' "

Sarah Palin Rips Levi Johnston for Selling His Body

Talk about a dressing down.
Levi Johnston went on CBS's The Early Show on Wednesday to needle his favorite target, his baby mama's mama Sarah Palin, by claiming she referred to her infant son Trig, who has Down syndrome, as "retarded."
Without providing any details, Johnston, 19, also darkly suggested that Palin, the former Republican candidate for vice-president, has done a whole lot worse, saying he knows things that could get her "in trouble and could hurt her."

Levi Johnston's Playgirl Shoot Will Show All

The countdown has begun for Levi Johnston to bare all for Playgirl.
The 19-year-old, former fiancé of Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol is set to show it all before the camera the middle of next month "in order to get the pictures out for the holidays," a Playgirl spokesperson tells the New York Post.
"We're working out the actual details day-by-day, and have come to a very happy conclusion, which we feel readers will be enthralled by," the rep reveals.
The budding media star's manager, Tank Jones, says he's "90 percent sure" the photo session, for which Johnston is reportedly receiving a six-figure monetary endowment, will feature full-frontal nudity.
