It would seem one of the many people who "liked" John Stamos's Full House Instagram photo this weekend has emerged: former costar Lori Loughlin!
"He called me Friday, and I'd just seen it," Loughlin tells PEOPLE of Stamos. "I said, 'That's the best Instagram I've ever seen in my life!"
Loughlin says she was "howling" with laughter after seeing the photo of Stamos standing just feet away from unsuspecting fans who were staring at the San Francisco home that was used for exterior shots on the ABC sitcom.

Everywhere you look, the cast of Full House seems to be getting together – and singing their theme song.
John Stamos and his TV band, Jesse and the Rippers, performed it on Jimmy Fallon's show, and on Saturday night, the former Uncle Jesse teamed up with much of the cast to serenade show creator Jeff Franklin with the tune at Franklin's birthday party.
Andrea Barber and Lori Loughlin took to Instagram to share video and photo from the bash.

There's no shortage of Full House fans eager to see the rumored sitcom revival make it to television.
The entirety of the cast, however, may be another story.
"Not everybody would want to do it. Maybe two-thirds of the cast would want to," Bob Saget, who played Danny Tanner on the 1987-1995 series, told PEOPLE in April while promoting his memoir, Dirty Daddy.
"John [Stamos] is such a good guy, and I think he would want it to happen in some way if it could. There's some stuff going on, I don't get involved in it, where people were trying to put some energy into it … [But] I don't think it will happen in a way that it would be everybody. "

I'm hurting a lot today. I still have energy, but I'm just incredibly sore and beat up. It is what I expected, but the contemporary dance, which is what we're starting with, has proven to physically be beyond what I had expected.
We're literally rolling on the floor for some of this dance. I've done races and mud runs and I've crawled up hills under barbed wire, and I've never had bruises bigger than the bruises I have now from doing this dance.

It's been 18 years since Full House ended, but John Stamos's former costars were among the friends who attended his 50th birthday bash in L.A. on Monday night.
Stamos's TV wife (and pal) Lori Loughlin Tweeted a photo with Ashley Olsen (who was just 9 when the show ended), saying, "I had a great time hanging with Ashley last night! Such a beauty inside and out."
Candace Cameron Bure, who played Olsen's big sister was also there and posted a photo with her Uncle Jesse and TV dad, Bob Saget, along with the caption, "Family Forever."

We told you it would happen – and it did!
Not long after Full House stars John Stamos, Lori Loughlin and Bob Saget stepped out together in New York City, Jesse and the Rippers rocked out on Friday's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
"I'm so excited about our next guest," Jimmy Fallon said to announce the fictional group featured on the hit '90s sitcom. "They're a great band out of San Francisco. In 1992, their single 'Forever' became a number one hit in Japan. Tonight, they're reuniting for one night only on our show!"

It was, literally, a Full House on Broadway Wednesday night.
Lori Loughlin and John Stamos who played Uncle Jesse and Aunt Becky on the hit '90s sitcom, cozied up to one another in the theater as seen in a photo Loughlin posted on her Instagram.
"Fun night at The Music Box theater with my dear friend @johnstamos #pippin," read the caption.

If you were a Full House fan in the 90s, you likely wanted Uncle Jesse and Aunt Becky to bring their TV romance outside of the Tanner household. (And judging by the homemade montages on YouTube, some fans are still holding out hope for a hook up.)
In a new interview with Lori Loughlin, who played Aunt Becky, the actress reveals that a relationship with John Stamos during their run on the hit TGIF sitcom wasn't in the cards, timing-wise.
