Tracy Morgan Doesn't Believe in Getting Nervous

It makes sense that a star comedian like Tracy Morgan would have a way with words.
So, as he gears up to host Sunday's 2013 Billboard Music Awards, the funnyman says he chooses his terms wisely when describing how he feels about his hosting duties.
"Words take on meaning," he explained to PEOPLE on Wednesday. "If I say, 'I'm nervous,' then I'm going to be nervous. If I'm excited, then I can't wait for it to start. People who are nervous can't wait for it to be over. Nervousness is negative to me. Excitement is the way I like to use it."

Mother knows best. Just ask 12-year-old Rocco Ritchie.
As part of his mom Madonna's MDNA tour, "I dance," Rocco – whose dad is director Guy Ritchie – tells Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing next Monday.
"Is your mother strict? Is she a good mother?" the host asks, with Rocco's mom standing right there.
"Um, yeah, she's a good mother," he replies, "but yeah, yeah."
"But she's what?" Madonna wants to know.
Says a slyly confident Rocco: "She's a good mother. Yes. That's all I have to say. She's very strict, but in a good way."

Guy Ritchie Engaged to Jacqui Ainsley

Filmmaker Guy Ritchie and his girlfriend of two years, model Jacqui Ainsley, are engaged to be married, his rep confirms.
"They're over the moon in love," a friend of the couple's tells PEOPLE.
In addition, the two, already parents to son Rafael, born in September 2011, are expecting another child later this year. The pregnancy was announced in July.

Mila Kunis braved a rainy New York City night to see Madonna live in concert at Yankee Stadium.
The actress – who sat front row – took her seat around 10:20 p.m., just moments before the "Material Girl" took the stage. Beau Ashton Kutcher was nowhere to be seen but Kunis spent her evening chatting with two male friends and happily posing for photos with fans.
"She wore a rain poncho just like the rest of the crowd," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
