• Talk about an A-list crowd! Madonna brought boyfriend Jesus Luz to dinner with Penélope Cruz, her boyfriend Javier Bardem and the actress's family at Mr. Chow in New York. The pop diva and Luz arrived 20 minutes late – and joined the Cruz clan who were "very happy," an onlooker says. Madonna sipped martinis but Cruz skipped the alcohol at dinner. The group also shared chicken satay and duck during their two-hour meal. "They group was loud, laughing and seemed overall [to be] in great spirits," the onlooker says.

Madonna Wins Court Fight Over Stolen Wedding Photos

Madonna has accepted "substantial" damages from a British newspaper that published private photos of her wedding to movie director Guy Ritchie.

The Mail on Sunday used the series of shots – which had been kept in the couple's wedding album – shortly after they confirmed they would split last year.

Madonna, 51, had asked for $8 million in damages, the Associated Press reports, and a settlement was announced Tuesday. The Mail on Sunday's owners, Associated Newspapers, will pay the undisclosed damages and Madonna's lawyer, John Kelly, said the proceeds will be donated to the singer's Raising Malawi charity.

That's because Madonna's 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes Leon, wants to follow her mom's footsteps into a career on the stage – but as an actress, not a singer.


"I don't think she wants to be a singer. I think she wants to be an actress," Madonna, 51, tells PopEater. "I'm fine with it, as long as she finishes school, and takes it seriously."

Madonna gets the party started in her steamy new video for her latest single, "Celebration," where she can be seen kissing her sexy, bare-chested boyfriend, Jesus Luz.

"It's a fun video!" says a source close to the singer.

In the video, which can be downloaded for free on iTunes for 48 hours, Madonna cozies up to Luz and purrs, "Haven't I seen you somewhere before? You look familiar." The pop star laughs and sings, "I guess I just don't recognize you with your clothes on," rips his jacket off and gives him sultry kiss before pushing him away.

Madonna shows she's still queen of the dance floor in the soon-to-be-released music video for her latest single, "Celebration," which even features boyfriend Jesus Luz and her daughter Lourdes.

"Madonna, Jesus, Lola (Lourdes) and the dancers all seemed to be having a great time," one observer at the shoot tells PEOPLE.

In the just-released teaser for the video, looking glam in a Balenciega mini dress and black thigh-high boots, Madonna wows fans with fierce dance moves – old and new – writhing on the floor as the sultry Luz plays Deejay. (see the teaser below!)
