Chelsea Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky may be headed downtown, but they are moving on up – to a new $10.5 million condo across the street from New York City's Madison Square Park, the New York Post reports.
Clinton, 33, and Mezvinsky, 35, who married in July 2010, found the new love nest while on a walk in the neighborhood, where they already live. (The park is located in the low 20s, just east of Fifth Avenue and is not to be confused with Madison Square Garden.)

Chelsea Clinton might have political pedigree in the form of dad, former President Bill Clinton, and mom, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, but so far she's declined to step into the public-service arena herself – until now.
Speaking to Vogue in its September issue about possibly diving into politics, she reversed her usual stance, answering, "I don't know," when asked if she'd consider a political career.
"Before my mom's campaign I would have said no," Clinton, 32, said about her mom's unsuccessful 2008 presidential bid. "Not because it was something I had thought a lot about, but because people have been asking me that my whole life."
"And now I don't know," she continued. "I mean, I have voted in every election that I have been qualified to vote in since I turned 18."

Further putting rumors of a rift to rest, visibly happy couple Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky – holding hands and swaying to music – had several reasons to be all smiles Wednesday night.
First off, her father, former President Bill Clinton, was an honoree at an all-star evening to mark the 25th anniversary of the anthem to fight AIDS, "That's What Friends Are For."
The amfAR gala, which helped kick off New York Fashion Week, also marked a sweet reunion for Chelsea and Marc, after he had been skiing in Wyoming. At the benefit, held at the Cipriani Wall Street in Lower Manhattan, the investment banker, 33, danced with his wife, 30, who is pursuing a Ph.D. at New York University's Wagner School of Public Service.
Along with the entire crowd – who included Julianna Margulies, Richard Gere, Harry Belafonte, Iman and Rosie O'Donnell – Bill Clinton marveled at the still-pitch-perfect voice of Dionne Warwick, 70. Also on-hand to belt out solos from the stage: Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight and Sir Elton John.
