It's the finale!!

We've had so much drama the last few weeks, I haven't been able to keep up with my blog. I'm writing this Monday morning and I still have no idea what is going to happen tonight.

Mark's shoulder popped out during rehearsal on Sunday and he was taken to the hospital. They couldn't see exactly what happened from the x-ray, and Mark is getting an MRI this morning. It's still unclear at this point as to whether or not he'll be able to dance with me in the finale tonight.

Dancing with the Stars had a bit too much drama Sunday afternoon when pro Mark Ballas fell to the floor while rehearsing his freestyle routine with celebrity partner Candace Cameron Bure, a show spokesperson confirms to PEOPLE.

"Mark was seriously injured during camera blocking," the spokesperson says. "His shoulder popped out during a lift and he was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he was treated and released. It's unclear whether or not he'll be able to perform on Monday's show."

The injury occurred at the CBS studio where Dancing is taped. Ballas and Bure were in the middle of a complex maneuver that involved Ballas lifting the actress onto his shoulders when the injury occurred.

Fellow pro dancers Derek Hough and Cheryl Burke were at the studio and rushed to Ballas's side on the ballroom floor.

Candace Cameron Bure hasn't just picked up some new moves while competing on Dancing with the Stars, she's also learned a lot about herself in the process.

"Apparently I'm a perfectionist, which I didn't know before," she told PEOPLE Friday at the Race to Erase MS Gala in L.A. "I guess I have some perfectionistic qualities when it comes to my own performance. I'm learning to lower my own expectations as far as having unrealistic expectations of myself."

But the former Full House star, whose partner is Mark Ballas, said that she's exceeded her own expectations about how far she'd make it in the competition.

It was Latin week on DWTS last night and it was one exciting show! I'm still catching my breath and playing catch up since it was such a busy week. Not only did I have to learn the Argentine tango, but we also learned a group dance that included a solo. So, two dances in two-and-a-half days was crazy!

I traveled to New York in the middle of the week, co-hosting The View and dropping by ABC News, VH1 and Hannity for interviews. Because of my trip to the East Coast, Mark and I went into double rehearsal shifts to make up the time and man it was exhausting!
