Better late than never is the case for anyone eagerly waiting for a glimpse of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds on their super secret wedding day.
And we mean glimpse literally – the sole photo of the pair posted on Martha Stewart Weddings Thursday is a beautiful shot of them holding hands. Lively, 25, wore a couture Marchesa ball gown, and her hubby, 36, donned a Burberry suit with custom leather suspenders.
"They wanted to celebrate in privacy – and in style. And while they remain protective of images of them on their most heartfelt occasion, they graciously let us share pictures of the elements we created together," reads the first slide of the pastry-heavy gallery touting the winter 2013 issue of MSW.

Martha goes Miami!
While in Miami for Art Basel, Martha Stewart attended Roger Dubuis's event for the Velvet Collection presented by Dom Perignon and Haute Living at Villa Azur on Wednesday.
"Martha arrived right before dinner was served and was chatting with Daphne [Guinness]," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
"She was talking to her friends that she brought and seemed to be having a great time," the source adds. "She had a huge smile on her face. She looked really good!"
"Art Basel supposedly is Miami's largest revenue source bringing billions into the economy – the city looks amazing and vibrant," Stewart Tweeted earlier that day..
But the entertaining expert wasn't the only star on hand – Russell Simmons, Jonathan Cheban and Karolina Kurkova were also there to enjoy a 2003 Vintage Dom Perignon created by filmmaker David Lynch.

The setting, the dress, the decorations – Blake Lively knew exactly what she wanted, in intimate detail, for her wedding last month to Ryan Reynolds.
"She had pages and pages of pictures. She knew everything that she wanted from the very beginning to the very end," wedding planner Tara Guérard told PEOPLE Monday at the Martha Stewart Weddings Bridal Fashion Week party in New York.
"The problem was she had 250 photos, and she wanted all those elements in her wedding," Guérard added.

Sure, Halloween might as well be an all-month affair, but there's another holiday worth celebrating in October.
Thursday is National Vodka Day, an annual commemoration for a spirit of the non-supernatural kind. Shake up these celeb-worthy recipes (which may just give you enough liquid courage to rock your costume a few weeks early).

Blake and Ryan's wedding was a good thing.
Martha Stewart's team worked with Lively, 25, and Reynolds, 35, and planner Tara Guérard of Soiree in Charleston, S.C, to create an "intimate, personalized party" for immediate and extended family "in a rustic barn," according to Martha Stewart Weddings.
"From the heartfelt ceremony to the fun-filled carnival hour and elegant reception, it was a truly enchanting celebration," according to the magazine, which promises more details in its December issue.

Some first birthday parties include homemade birthday cakes and photos of babies with frosting all over their faces – but few babies have Martha Stewart for a grandmother.
Last Thursday, Stewart and her daughter Alexis hosted an intimate celebration at Perry St., a restaurant in New York, to toast Alexis's daughter Jude's first birthday.
Catered by legendary chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his son, Cedric, who is also the executive chef at the eatery, the pièce de résistance was a trio of homemade birthday cakes in a variety of flavors topped with marzipan animals.

One of the big surprises at this year's Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show was Martha Stewart, who momentarily stole the spotlight from the prize-winning pooches when she sat ringside at N.Y.C.'s Madison Square Garden to watch her champion chow chow, Ghenghis Khan, or G.K., make his lap around the floor. G.K., who won Best of Breed this year, did not advance as a group winner, but he nevertheless had a fantastic debut on the international stage as a real contender. After settling back into his regular life, G.K. sat down to tell us what it was like competing at Westminster for the first time.
I've been at plenty of dog shows, but Westminster was different. There were so many people with cameras, lights and microphones around me – there were a lot more dogs at this show, too.
My favorite part of the experience has to be when I saw Martha's face light up after I won Best of Breed. Once the judge handed my ribbon to Jan Kolnik, my handler, I immediately looked to Martha. I saw how happy and proud she was, and I knew that I had done a good thing.

Would you expect anything less than the best from Martha Stewart?
Stewart's 2-year-old chow chow, Ghenghis Khan, won Best of Breed at the Westminster Dog Show Monday, and the proud mother in her came out right away.
"Ghenghis Khan did it! Best of Breed at Westminster! Big deal," Stewart Tweeted, with a photo of G.K. posing beside his ribbon. The pooch, the great-grandson of Paw Paw, Stewart's former chow, advanced to compete with the other non-sporting dogs in Best of Group Monday night, but his run ended there; the Dalmatian placed first.

The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, now in its 136th year, isn't just about perfection and triumph. The nation's most prestigious dog event has plenty of quirkiness to go around, too. To wit, these spectacular photos from backstage at Madison Square Garden (and another from the days leading up to the show) showcase just how wild – in a good way! – things get at Westminster. So much fur! SO much grooming! Check them all out after the jump.

Martha Stewart certainly is not offended by the fact her daughter, Alexis Stewart, is unleashing a tell-all about growing up under the heavy thumb of her mother.
Not only is Stewart's Blackberry buzzing about the book – "I get a little 'ping ping' like every five minutes," says the domestic diva, 70 – but, she says, "I got an advanced copy and I actually read the book … oh, maybe about a month or a month and a half ago. I didn't know that it was even coming."
Whateverland: Learning to Live Here, which Alexis, 46, co-wrote with her Whatever Sirius Satellite Radio-show partner Jennifer Koppelman Hutt, is to be published Oct. 18 and contains "fabulous pictures," says Martha. "And it is hilarious and it is enlightening and it's full of funny stories."
