On-again, off-again couple Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Mary-Louise Parker appear to be back on – as in, really on.
The pair are engaged, New York's Daily News is reporting, saying that the two, who appear as husband and wife on the Showtime series Weeds, have been telling friends of their intention to marry.
When reached by PEOPLE, a rep for Morgan had no comment on the report.

Mary-Louise Parker's Golden Globe nomination caused quite a stir at her house Thursday morning – and nearly started a fire.
"I was in the kitchen making breakfast for my kids. I was making waffles, which almost caught fire," the star of Weeds tells PEOPLE about getting the news of her best actress nomination. "I was on the phone for a long time and then I noticed it was really smoky."
But she says her two children didn't mind all the commotion. "It was kind of fun. My kids like it when the smoke alarm goes off. It's loud, and exciting, and my son gets to pick up the broom and hit the ceiling with it."

Are Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Mary-Louise Parker back on? Morgan and Parker, who split in June, showed up to the P.S. I Love You premiere Sunday night with their arms around each other and Parker, 43, even held Morgan's hand while he did an interview.
When asked what he thought about his date – who looked hot in a dangerously short dress – Morgan, 41, responded to PEOPLE, "What about her?" as he raised an eyebrow and flashed a sly grin.
But that's not to say he only had eyes for Parker. During a cast photo, Morgan playfully grabbed Hilary Swank's bottom, who took it all in good humor. Soon enough, he had moved onto Gerard Butler, who told PEOPLE, "Jeffrey Dean Morgan rubbing my ass, yeah that's about as good as it gets!"
