Matthew Fox Charged with Driving Under the Influence

Matthew Fox seemed a little Lost when he was pulled over and arrested last week at around 2:30 a.m.

The actor, 45, was charged Wednesday with two misdemeanors, driving under the influence and driving without a license, according to a spokesperson at the Deschutes County, Oregon, District Attorney's office.

Fox was originally stopped on May 4 for failing to drive within a lane and failing to use an appropriate signal, but the officer who stopped him determined that the star was driving under the influence, according to the Bend, Ore., Police Department.

Matthew Fox was arrested for driving under the influence on Friday.

The former Lost star, 45, had one passenger with him when he was cited at 3:23 a.m., TMZ reports.

Driving in Oregon, where he currently lives, the actor was apparently en route to a fast food restaurant at the time of his arrest. He was taken into custody and released later that day.

Authorities have decided not to file charges against Matthew Fox in his alleged fight with a Cleveland bus driver in August, PEOPLE confirms.

"After a review of the facts, [officials] came to the conclusion not to charge," a rep for the local Cleveland Prosecutor's Office told TMZ.

Fox, 45, who allegedly attacked Heather Bormann, 29, when she refused him entry on a private party bus she was driving, was in town filming I, Alex Cross.

The bus driver who accused Matthew Fox of assaulting her in Cleveland says the incident left her beaten and shaken.

"It was all tears," Heather Bormann, 29, told Cleveland.com on Monday of the alleged assault that she says left her bruised on her arms, leg, thighs and chest. "He really scared the crap out of me."

Around 1:30 a.m., Fox, who was in the area filming I, Alex Cross, allegedly tried to get on a charter bus Bormann was driving for a private party but was refused entry.

Matthew Fox got into some trouble in Cleveland, Ohio, on Saturday.

The Lost star was detained by police there for allegedly assaulting a female driver of a party bus.

Fox allegedly tried to get on the bus even though he wasn't invited to take a ride, according to TMZ, and when the woman tried to stop him, he allegedly punched her.

An off-duty officer handcuffed Fox and then police took him into custody. A rep for the Cleveland police department confirms that the actor "was detained, but there was no arrest made."
