During a recent appearance on Britain's BBC Radio 2, the actor was asked what his least favorite Friends episode was and Perry – who has struggled with substance abuse – admitted his memory of those times is lacking.
"Oh my goodness," he said. "I think the answer is I don't remember three years of it. So none of those ... somewhere between season 3 and 6."

The first photo of the Friends cast (well, 4/5 of it) reuniting for NBC's Must See TV: A Tribute to James Burrows has landed on Instagram courtesy of the stars of another sitcom: The Big Bang Theory.
Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki both shared a photo of Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc – plus BBT's Simon Helberg and Jim Parsons – at Sunday night's taping.

First, NBC chairman Robert Greenblatt ended fans' long, national nightmare at a Television Critics Association panel last week, promising Central Perk's most loyal customers would reunite more than a decade after the sitcom's series finale for a special honoring director James Burrows.
Then, our hearts couldn't be any more broken when Matthew Perry announced he'd only be phoning it in to introduce his costars while rehearsing for a new play in London.

Matthew Perry won't attend NBC's long-awaited Friends reunion, Entertainment Weekly confirms.
