Jaleel White saved himself from elimination by beating Gavin DeGraw in a dance duel last week on Dancing with the Stars. (Spoilers ahead!)
On Monday's Motown-themed show, the actor stormed back, earning 29 points for a snappy cha cha with partner Kym Johnson to "Ain't Too Proud to Beg."
"You're back!" Len Goodman declared.
"That was the biggest sizzler of the season," said Bruno Tonioli.

Well, we've made to the halfway point. I don't know whether to jump up and down or just curl up in a ball and weep. I cannot remember if I've ever been this tired in my life. The closest I've ever come to this kind of physical exhaustion is when my kids were newborns.
My friends who had done Dancing with the Stars before me told me this would be hard. They told me that it was a long arduous process. So did the producers. So did Maks. I was as ready as I could possibly be.
What I was not ready for is the emotional toll this experience is taking. I've always believed that we grow the most from the biggest challenges in our lives. The good times are our chance to breathe and appreciate our lives but the hard stuff is, in many ways, more important.

Just as Dancing with the Stars's competition was starting to look up last week for Karina Smirnoff and partner Gavin DeGraw, they once again sunk to the bottom of the leaderboard after Monday night's 19-point samba.
They've been saved in prior weeks after low scores, but will fans' votes once again be enough to keep the pair on the show? The second lowest scores of the night went to Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his recovering partner Melissa Gilbert, who earned 21 points for their samba. Gladys Knight and Tristan MacManus were one point above them with a score of 22 for their samba.

Things that go bump ...
This week has been the most challenging for me so far this season of Dancing with the Stars. As you know, Maks and I had a bit of an accident Monday night. The moment it happened, I had no idea what had gone wrong. I just knew Maks fell. My head hurt a lot and I assumed I'd hit it on the dance floor.
Things were spinning a bit for me when the judges gave their critiques. In fact, by the time I got up to the skybox I had no idea what they'd said.

Still aching from whiplash and a concussion, Melissa Gilbert had her first Dancing with the Stars rehearsal after leaving the hospital.
"Nobody puts Halfpint in the corner!" she Tweeted to actor pal Craig Bierko, using her character's nickname from Little House on the Prairie.
Gilbert, 47, had to be helped down the ballroom stairs by fellow competitor Gavin DeGraw after injuring herself during a paso doble Monday night with pro partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

The show may very well go on for Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his Dancing with the Stars partner Melissa Gilbert, who suffered a head injury following Monday night's paso doble.
The actress, 47, alarmed viewers when she was absent from Tuesday night's elimination episode, but Chmerkovskiy, 32, says she's just taking it easy at home.
"She's in pain," he told PEOPLE backstage after the show. "She's got a big headache. The doctors said she has a minor concussion, and I know that's really unpleasant."

On Monday, when Dancing with the Stars host Tom Bergeron announced that Melissa Gilbert had been injured and rushed to the hospital, he promised an update on her condition.
On Tuesday's results show, Gilbert was still not well enough to be in the ballroom.
"Melissa is not here. She did suffer a mild concussion," Bergeron said. "On her doctor's advice she is taking a rest day and if they get through tonight she'll be able to compete going forward."

Melissa Gilbert says she'll be fine.
The Dancing with the Stars contestant, who was rushed to the hospital on a stretcher Monday night after performing a paso doble with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Tweeted a health update later.
"I'm alright," she wrote. "Mild concussion and whiplash. Very soon I will be safely home resting and being taken care of."
And it seems there are plenty of people watching out for the actress. "@Maksim you are my champion. I adore you," she wrote of her partner in a follow-up Tweet, before adding of her helpful competitor, "@GavinDeGraw bless your heart for carrying me down those stairs!"

Although she's been banged up with a floor burn, cuts, scrapes and sore muscles, Melissa Gilbert delivered what judge Bruno Tonioli called her "best performance by far" on Monday's Dancing with the Stars.
Then moments after finishing the paso doble with Maksim Chmerkovskiy, the actress was sent to the hospital.
"She injured herself," host Tom Bergeron announced on the air Monday night, "and as a precaution she's gone to the hospital to get checked out."
There was no immediate word on the nature or extent of her injury.
