Carrie Underwood spends the bulk of her time on the road or in the studio, so where does she head when she has a day off from touring?
The laundromat, of course.
The country superstar says she insists on doing her own laundry and grocery shopping, even while on the road.
"It makes tour life a little difficult because those are things that I really don't have time to do," Underwood, 29, tells Oprah Winfrey on Oprah's Next Chapter airing Sunday. "So that’s what I do on my days off. We go to the laundromat. I get my quarters, we go to the laundromat and go do our laundry."

Nearly two years into their marriage, the flame is still going strong for Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher.
"I mean, he's hot!" Underwood, 29, gushed to PEOPLE on Thursday. "He's a hot guy."
The Southern songstress, who still refers to herself and Fisher as "newlyweds," says she cherishes the time when she and her hubby get even "three seconds alone" with each other, which is why she's holding off on children.

Carrie Underwood is very excited that husband Mike Fisher's hockey team is in the NHL playoffs, but she's not quite as enthused about the rituals that come along with the games.
"I'm not looking forward to the playoff beard," she joked to PEOPLE while promoting Olay's new "Beauty by Example" campaign in New York on Thursday. "[The players] all grow out their facial hair during the playoffs."
Continued the country star: "So before they started, I told Mike, 'You need to shave close.' He always looks good with a little stubble, but it's probably going to get out of hand soon."

She knew he was the love of her life. What she didn't know is he's a serious pack rat.
Having not lived together before, Carrie Underwood was in for a bit of a surprise when her hockey-player husband Mike Fisher got traded to Nashville this winter and finally moved in with her.
"He brought all of his crap with him," the country star, 28, says in an interview Thursday on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "Our house became … he's not a hoarder, but he's close, maybe."

Enjoying her married life with hubby Mike Fisher, Carrie Underwood has no plans to have kids anytime soon – and doesn't want to be bothered with speculation that she has a baby on the way.
"I don't want people assuming that I am [pregnant] until I say that I am," the country crooner told PEOPLE on Thursday, while promoting her debut film Soul Surfer in L.A. "We just got married. We haven't been married a year yet. I would want to be married for a little while [before having kids]."
No stranger to paparazzi, Underwood says she has a foolproof way of being photographed without looking like she's sporting a baby bump.

Carrie Underwood's husband has confessed to having mixed feelings about his big move from Ottawa to Nashville.
But after just one week in Music City, professional hockey player Mike Fisher says he's settling in nicely.
"To be honest I was praying a few days before about [moving teams]," Fisher, who was recently traded from the Ottawa Senators to the Nashville Predators, tells the Vancouver Sun. "I was just so frustrated and said 'God, if you have me go somewhere take care of it, look after it,' and he sure did that. He put me in a place I was comfortable with and I think that's part of reason that this is the place I'm supposed to be and that's comforting for sure."

Looks like Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher will no longer have a long-distance marriage.
The singer's hockey-player husband has been traded from the Ottawa Senators to the Nashville Predators, according to CBC News. With Fisher living in Ottawa and Underwood based in Nashville, the good news is that the couple will no longer have to travel to see each other.
"We will both truly miss Ottawa," Underwood said in a statement Thursday. "Mike has been such a big part of the community, and I will never forget how they welcomed me with open arms. We obviously love Nashville, and the teams' decision for him to now play with the Predators is an exciting opportunity for Mike. I support him wherever he plays!"

Not anytime soon for Carrie Underwood.
