Imagine if American Apparel threw a party in honor of Fiona Apple's "Criminal" video at a nightclub described by Stefon from Saturday Night Live.
Then add in some Build-a-Bear Workshop overstock, some grills, a French fry skull, a piñata full of hot dogs and a lot of shots of Cyrus's tongue and butt and you've basically got the Diane Martel-directed video for Miley Cyrus's "We Can't Stop."
To quote Forrest Gump, "That's all I have to say about that."
But what do you have to say? Is it a deliberately self-referential parody of Cyrus's rep as a party girl?

Hours after the news broke of her parents' divorce, Miley Cyrus was on the air in Chicago promoting her new single, "We Can't Stop," from an upcoming, still-untitled pop album.
"She was in a really good mood, and she was talking about how she worked with Snoop Dogg on her album, and we asked her about her hair and her new look," Showbiz Shelly, entertainment reporter for B96 Radio in Chicago, tells PEOPLE of the Friday broadcast.
But after the interview, Cyrus – whose father, Billy Ray Cyrus, and mother, Tish Cyrus, announced their split to PEOPLE late Thursday – opened up about more personal matters, including concern for her little sister, Noah.

At least this stage crasher had some manners.
A day before the news of her parents' divorce broke, Miley Cyrus hopped on stage sporting a crop top, baggy pants and a fauxhawk and started dancing while Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams performed their hit "Blurred Lines" at a Myspace party in Los Angeles. The guys didn't seem to mind, though: After her impromptu routine, Cyrus hugged both singers and earned cheers from the crowd.
The starlet – sans fiancé Liam Hemsworth – was just one of many stars at the Wednesday night party, a re-launch for the social networking site held at the El Rey Theatre.

The Hunger Games actor, 23, joined the microblogging service Wednesday, sent out his first two Tweets (a quick hello, plus a promotional note from "Team Liam") and began following 13 people – and yes, fiancée Miley Cyrus is among them.
The move seems to indicate a change of heart for the Australian actor, who hasn't always been a big fan of celebrities using Twitter.

Just like her engagement to Liam Hemsworth has been on and off, so has Miley Cyrus's engagement ring.
Until now. She's been wearing the ring consistently the past few weeks and is even flashing it, as shown here during a video shoot in L.A. Thursday.
Hemsworth, 23, and Cyrus, 20, "are still living together but have no wedding plans," a source tells PEOPLE. "They still need to work on their relationship, but after they decided to postpone the wedding, they are doing better. They feel less stress and less pressure now. Miley can focus on her music."

Having it all isn't easy for Miley Cyrus.
As the former Disney star works on a new album, she struggles to balance her relationship with fiancé Liam Hemsworth.
"I'm not home with my boyfriend all the time," Cyrus says in the May issue of V Magazine. "We work! He gets up to work out at six and I come home around five from the studio."
But she acknowledges the time away away from Hemsworth, 23, has sparked split rumors.
