For Mandy Moore, who plays a mom-to-be pregnant with triplets in NBC's hotly anticipated series This Is Us, her on-screen husband Milo Ventimiglia proved invaluable when it came to some highly charged labor scenes.
"Milo is the consummate professional," Moore tells PEOPLE exclusively in this week's issue. "When I was going through the labor process, he was really rubbing my back really hard! I immediately felt so comfortable with him."

The film, adapted from a Nicholas Sparks novel, will celebrate it's 15th anniversary come January, and the actress is more than willing to celebrate with the former cast.
"I feel like we should get together with as much of the cast [that] is around and see if we can finagle a social media picture or something like that," she told PEOPLE at Tuesday night's PaleyFestival Fall TV Preview for her new NBC show This Is Us. "I think it'd be fun."
