It happened to Paris Hilton and it happened to Nicole Richie, so it was bound to happen to fellow socialite Kim Kardashian: The other half of "Kimye" has gone to jail.
On TV, at least.
In an upcoming episode of Drop Dead Diva, airing Aug. 26, Kardashian's character – relationship guru Nikki LePree – is hitting the slammer.
During LePree's last stint on the show, viewers discovered that she had tricked Stacy Pakery (April Bowlby) out of all her savings and skipped town. LePree, who already had a criminal past, has landed in jail because Stacy has too many parking tickets.

This past Tuesday night, our curtain fell. Of course, I'm sad it's over, but I'm mostly happy it ever happened to me!
This has truly been an extraordinary journey that I will cherish forever. I am so proud of what we accomplished and how far we came. But, I really cannot take the credit. It has been all Tristan from the get-go.
How can I say goodbye to so many new and wonderful friends: all of the other stars, the dancers, the producers, the wardrobe team, the hair and make-up departments, the crew? It is a magical family, and I am blessed to be a part of it!

Nancy Grace may be one tough cookie on her HLN show, but as viewers witnessed during her eight-week run on Dancing with the Stars, the TV personality has a soft side.
"There wasn't one day that passed that [partner Tristan MacManus and I] didn't laugh like mad about something," Grace, 52, told reporters backstage minutes after she was eliminated from Tuesday night's show. "[We] usually [laughed] about me."
Blaming the producers for painting what she considers an unrealistic view of her relationship with the Irish cutie, she says, "Regardless of how we were portrayed for [package] sound bytes, we actually never argued."

Nancy Grace has been dancing on borrowed time, dodging elimination despite poor marks from the judges.
But now, she was up against literal perfection – J.R. Martinez and partner Karina Smirnoff scored a pair of 30s on Monday night's Dancing with the Stars.
And the rest of the competitors delivered strong performances. Is this the end for the dancer whom Carrie Ann Inaba called "the friskiest girl I've ever met?" Read on to find out.

On a night of strong performances, one duo stood tall above the rest on Dancing with the Stars Monday, receiving the best scores the judges could hand out and standing ovations in the ballroom.
The stellar display overshadowed what would have been impressive dances by the competition – except for one pair who are at risk of elimination. Read on to find out who's impressing and who's at risk.

We made it through! The Dancing with the Stars Halloween Week was incredible. First, let me just say, the crew on the show – from makeup to hair, from costumes to set design – is truly extraordinary. I record all of the shows so that I can re-watch our dance (and the whole program) after every live broadcast – and I am always amazed at the phenomenal job this team does every single week!
I had high hopes for our jive and group tango. There were times when Tristan was definitely doing all the work on the dance floor, but I thought we looked pretty darn good. (And, apparently, most people think I should cut my hair and dye it red! Hee hee!)
The judges had some tough criticism for us, but we ended up with a score of 21, only 3 points behind last week – when we were towards the top of the leader board with a 24! But still, it never feels good to be held in jeopardy. It feels awful. My chest hurt, and I thought I would vomit on Tristan (again). My goal is to set a good example for my 4 year-old twins, John David and Lucy. I want them to see Mommy with her chin up. It’s beyond nerve-wracking. Saying goodbye to David and Kym was hard. They are such good dancers, and we have become friends.

On Dancing with the Stars Monday, the six remaining contestants celebrated Halloween with spook-tacular routines. But Tuesday's elimination show must have been a frightening experience for Nancy Grace and partner Tristan McManus.
Len Goodman called their devil-themed tango "a disappointment," and the judges awarded the duo just 21 out of 30 points, placing them at the very bottom of the leader board.
The HLN host has been there before, but voters have brought her back from the brink each time. So, was Grace saved once again from elimination? Or will she put away her dancing shoes ... along with the Halloween decorations?
Keep reading to find out the results of Tuesday's Dancing with the Stars elimination...
