After 12 years at cable channel HLN, TV personality Nancy Grace will leave the network at the end of her contract in October.
"This fall, I'll be leaving HLN, my longtime TV home, with a full heart and endless gratitude," Grace, 56, said in a statement Thursday, posted by CNN. "The network has been my extended family for nearly a dozen years, and I am proud of the amazing work we've produced together."

It happened to Paris Hilton and it happened to Nicole Richie, so it was bound to happen to fellow socialite Kim Kardashian: The other half of "Kimye" has gone to jail.
On TV, at least.
In an upcoming episode of Drop Dead Diva, airing Aug. 26, Kardashian's character – relationship guru Nikki LePree – is hitting the slammer.
During LePree's last stint on the show, viewers discovered that she had tricked Stacy Pakery (April Bowlby) out of all her savings and skipped town. LePree, who already had a criminal past, has landed in jail because Stacy has too many parking tickets.

This past Tuesday night, our curtain fell. Of course, I'm sad it's over, but I'm mostly happy it ever happened to me!
This has truly been an extraordinary journey that I will cherish forever. I am so proud of what we accomplished and how far we came. But, I really cannot take the credit. It has been all Tristan from the get-go.
How can I say goodbye to so many new and wonderful friends: all of the other stars, the dancers, the producers, the wardrobe team, the hair and make-up departments, the crew? It is a magical family, and I am blessed to be a part of it!

Nancy Grace experienced the highs (a dazzling foxtrot) and lows (a disappointing devilish tango) of Dancing with the Stars. But after a respectable run, the HLN host was sent home on Tuesday. Though she may not have a disco-ball trophy she does have something to show for her efforts: a slimmer figure.
"I lost 25 pounds that I know of," Grace, 52, tells Anderson Cooper on an episode of his daytime talk show, set to air Thursday.
Grace says she gained weight while carrying her twins, 4 year-olds John David and Lucy. "I never really cared about it or bothered to lose it," she says of the weight. "I lost it like this, so I'm happy about it."

Nancy Grace may be one tough cookie on her HLN show, but as viewers witnessed during her eight-week run on Dancing with the Stars, the TV personality has a soft side.
"There wasn't one day that passed that [partner Tristan MacManus and I] didn't laugh like mad about something," Grace, 52, told reporters backstage minutes after she was eliminated from Tuesday night's show. "[We] usually [laughed] about me."
Blaming the producers for painting what she considers an unrealistic view of her relationship with the Irish cutie, she says, "Regardless of how we were portrayed for [package] sound bytes, we actually never argued."
