Norah Jones's Grammy sweep for her debut album, "Come Away With Me" has translated into sales of 621,000 copies -- a jump of nearly 500,000 (or 331 percent) over her previous week's sales and the biggest post-Grammy sales spike ever, her label, Blue Note Records, tells the Associated Press.

NICOLE'S STREAK: Continuing on a roll that began with her Golden Globe win last month, Nicole Kidman was named best actress at the British Academy of Film and Television Awards in London for "The Hours." Kidman, 35, remains an odds-on favorite to win the Oscar. Other major winners at the BAFTAs included Roman Polanski's "The Pianist," which scored best picture and director, and Daniel Day-Lewis, named best actor for "Gangs of New York." British oddsmakers then put Day-Lewis ahead of Jack Nicholson ("About Schmidt") as the favorite to win the Oscar.
