The signs of Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez's Thanksgiving brawl don't appear to be going away anytime soon.
Halle Berry's fiancé, Martinez, was photographed in L.A. Tuesday sporting a bandage and brace on his injured right hand.
Martinez, 46, reportedly punched Berry's ex boyfriend Aubry during a handoff of Aubry and Berry's 4½-year-old daughter, Nahla. Aubry, 37, was arrested after the exchange and has been photographed since the incident with a badly bruised face (see photo).

Gabriel Aubry has come back swinging – this time in court papers.
Halle Berry's ex alleges that it was her fiancé Olivier Martinez who started their Thanksgiving Day fight, unleashing profanities and threats as well as fists.
Aubry claims that during their scrape Olivier said, "You cost us $3 million. When you see the judge, you're going to tell him you're going to Paris or I'm going to kill you."
Aubry has been tangling in court with Berry over her request to move with their 4½-year-old daughter Nahla to France, where Martinez is a citizen. The judge recently ruled against Berry.
The allegations are contained in Aubry's application for a restraining order against Martinez, which the court granted. Attached to his application were gruesome photos of Aubry's injuries, including a black eye and cuts and bruises to his face.

Meanwhile, 37-year-old Aubry, who was arrested after the exchange, was also spotted out in L.A. – sporting a much more swollen and bruised left eye.

Tensions got the best of Halle Berry's Thanksgiving holiday when her fiancé and her ex came to blows outside her Los Angeles residence.
The brawl left both Gabriel Aubry, the father of Berry's daughter Nahla, and current love Olivier Martinez injured after Aubry dropped off their 4½-year-old to celebrate Thanksgiving, the Los Angeles Police Department confirms to PEOPLE.

Halle Berry is eager to marry Olivier Martinez, but for now, another matter is taking precedence – relocating the family, likely overseas, to shield her daughter from the spotlight.
"I'm not sure where I am going to be living in the next few months, so I have to get that settled first," the actress, 46, tells InStyle when asked by a reader about her wedding plans.
The Oscar winner may well end up in France, where she and her French fiancé can give Berry's 4-year-old daughter Nahla a quieter life, away from the pressures of Hollywood.

Halle Berry and fiancé Olivier Martinez shared a romantic dinner at Fig & Olive in West Hollywood on Saturday.
"Halle looked spectacular," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "She was lovely."
Sitting in the upstairs patio that overlooks the main dining room, the couple sampled dishes from Executive Chef Pascal Lorange's new fall menu including jamón ibérico, truffle risotto, sautéed spinach with fig, garlic and Marcona almonds.
They paired the dishes with glasses of white wine and Rosé.
Berry's latest film, Cloud Atlas, costarring Tom Hanks and Hugh Grant, opens in theaters Oct. 26.

Life on a Hollywood set isn't always glamorous, as Halle Berry can attest.
The Oscar winner, 45, was rushed to Los Angeles's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Tuesday night after she hit her head while filming her latest movie – and she has since been released, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.
"Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive," says her spokesperson. "She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez had a date night on Saturday, when they took in an evening of entertainment at the 13th Annual Hollywood Bowl Hall of Fame and Opening Night Concert, hosted by Julie Andrews.
"The couple watched separate performances by Reba and Chaka Khan, who were inducted following video montages that celebrated their career achievements," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
Lily Tomlin introduced Reba's video, while American Idol judge Randy Jackson was on hand to honor Khan.
Prior to the concert, opening night guests enjoyed a VIP cocktail reception in the Hollywood Bowl Museum Patio. It wasdecorated to celebrate Old Hollywood Glamour at the Hollywood Bowl.
Just a week prior, Berry was also at the Hollywood Bowl for the Playboy Jazz Festival, which featured performances by Robin Thicke and other acts.

Halle Berry, mother to 4-year-old daughter Nahla with Gabriel Aubry, reportedly has some stiff child-support payments ahead of her.
After a court appearance earlier this week, Berry, 45, has been ordered to pay Aubry $20,000 a month, which adds up to nearly a quarter of a million dollars a year, reports TMZ.com.
Berry and Aubry, a French-Canadian model, split in April 2010 and have been locked in a custody battle over Nahla.

"They're in cahoots!" Berry told PEOPLE on Saturday of the scheming by daughter Nahla, 4, and fiancé Olivier Martinez. "She and Olivier have big plans for me, I hear, but it's a secret."
No matter what, things should work out well. "As long as it's with them," Berry says. "Whatever it is will be fantastic."
