Mary-Kate Olsen and boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy took their romance to the City of Love as the couple waited for their flight at the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport on Sunday.

Leaning in toward each other, the couple stares into each others' eyes as they appear to be deep in conversation – or going in for a kiss!

Olsen, 26, and Sarkozy, 43, have been anything but shy about their relationship. The romantic duo has been spotted getting close everywhere from New York Knicks games to New York's West Village.

Mary-Kate Olsen cozied up to boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy as the New York Knicks took on the Dallas Mavericks at Madison Square Garden on Friday in New York.

Age difference aside – Olsen is 26 and Sarkozy is 43 – the duo appeared relaxed and enamored with each other as they engaged in some light PDA.

Of her relationship with an older man, Olsen recently told the Wall Street Journal: "Everyone has an opinion. I find it's better to focus on what's in front of you and to keep putting one foot in front of the other."

Mary-Kate Olsen Strolls with Olivier Sarkozy

Mary-Kate Olsen has stepped out again with her rumored beau, Olivier Sarkozy – and this time, they weren't alone.

The pair went out in N.Y.C.'s West Village on Thursday (the day after Olsen's 26th birthday) and were joined by a young girl the photographer identifies as Sarkozy's daughter.

Olsen and Sarkozy, 43 – whose half brother is former French President Nicolas Sarkozy – have been spotted together numerous times over the past several months, including at a New York Knicks game April 25.
