ADVISED: Kathy Hilton, ready to roll out her NBC summer reality series I Want to Be a Hilton (debuting June 21), says her daughter Paris provided advice on how to "act" on TV. "Paris always said, 'Mom, forget the camera's there,' and I did," Hilton tells New York's Daily News. The matriarch's show is devoted to her guidance of 14 young contestants through the challenges of the New York society scene – with the winner being bankrolled to live like a rich person for a year. "I wanted people who would like the opportunity to be exposed to different challenges and culture," Hilton said, adding: "I fell in love with each and every one of these candidates. They're entertaining. They have a lot of heart and a lot of soul." And as for her upcoming real-life son-in-law, Greek shipping scion Paris Latsis (the two Parises have just announced their engagement), Kathy Hilton said on Wednesday's Today show: "He is the most gentle, kind, brilliant and very, very low-key. I've never seen Paris this happy in her life." As for her daughter's steamy burger TV ad, in which Paris washes a car wearing a bikini, Mom said: "What is she supposed to wear, a ballgown?"
