Peter Frampton Hurt in Car Accident, Blames Texting Driver

Oh, baby, he does not love the way she drives.

Guitar legend Peter Frampton is aching – and angry – after a car accident on a Southern California freeway that was caused, he says, by somebody not keeping her eyes on the road.

"Texting woman driver just ran into back of me while I was stationary in traffic 101 freeway. Can u say whiplash?" Frampton, 62, Tweeted Tuesday. "People put the phones down!"

Frampton, whose next tour date is in Otsego, Minn., on Friday, adds: "Back and neck not good. Going to ER after my flight today."
