Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy Reunite!
Originally posted 10/12/2009 07:30AM
Prince Harry and girlfriend Chelsy Davy gave the surest sign yet that they are back on when they were spotted out on the town over the weekend.
The pair, who have been quietly seeing each other for several weeks, were out in London's trendy Notting Hill district, where they visited the club Beach Blanket Babylon.
The occasion marks the first time Harry, 25, and Davy, 23, have been photographed together since they split early this year. Sources at the time always said they would remain friends and, while both have been linked with other partners since they parted in January (and briefly reunited two months later), they have gradually been spending more time together.

POLL: Who Should Play Prince Harry?
Originally posted 10/05/2009 02:20PM
Everyone wants to be the Prince.
A biopic of Prince Harry may be coming to the big screen, and some of today's hottest actors could be perfect for the role.
Although the film, called The Spare, doesn't have a finished screenplay yet, the Web is abuzz with possible choices to play the youngest son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. Here are three of the possibilities:
Robert Pattinson
Pros: He's got the charisma and the heartthrob status, and who wouldn't want to see him playing one of England's most eligible bachelors?
Cons: Does anyone really want Pattinson to dye his famous locks red?

Prince Harry's Birthday Wish – Chelsy Davy?
Originally posted 09/14/2009 09:45AM
When he blows out the candles on his 25th birthday cake on Tuesday, will Prince Harry's wish be to get back together with former girlfriend Chelsy Davy?
You might think so, the way the redheaded royal has been carrying on with Davy, 23, before the anniversary of his birth. The pair were spotted leaving the same nightclub in the wee hours of Sunday, just 10 minutes apart – the first time they have been photographed at the same place since their split in January.
Harry's spokesman at the palace will not comment on his personal life or reports that the couple have been seeking to get back together through a series of secret meetings.

Prince William Wants To Go To War
Originally posted 06/18/2009 09:35AM
Call them brothers in arms: Prince William gave his strongest hint yet that he would like to follow his brother Prince Harry and go to war.
"In my eyes, if Harry can do it then I can do it," William said Thursday. "I didn't join the forces to be mollycoddled or treated any differently." And, he added that while others think it "impossible" for him to take a front line role, "I still remain hopeful there's a chance."
Harry, 24, fulfilled a 10-week tour in Afghanistan, in March 2008 and is now learning to fly helicopters because, he says, it's his "easiest way of getting to the front lines."
He joined his brother at a special media day to talk about their training and living together while they are both based at RAF Shawbury, in Shropshire, England. William is undergoing tuition to be a pilot in Royal Air Force Search and Rescue crews, while Harry is in the early stages of learning to fly army helicopters.

New York was this weekend's playground for Prince Harry, whose visit – Harry's first to the U.S. as an adult and his first-ever to New York City – was described on Monday's Today show as an attempt to counter the Royal's party-boy image by concentrating on his charity work.
Besides visiting a school in Harlem and placing a memorial wreath at the World Trade Center site, Harry, 24, spent his Saturday with his Sentebale team as it defeated Black Watch, 6-5, in the 2009 Veuve Clicquot Manhattan Polo Classic on Governors Island in New York Harbor.
On the field, Today's Matt Lauer asked the prince how he manages to straddle two worlds, the formality of his life in England with his getting-his-hands-dirty work for charity in Africa.

New Yorkers Agree: Prince Harry Has His Mother's Charm
Originally posted 05/29/2009 03:30PM
On his first official visit to the U.S., Prince Harry made Ground Zero his first stop. At the World Trade Center site in lower Manhattan, he laid a wreath of peonies and roses, both yellow and white, with a handwritten note attached. "In respectful memory of those who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001, and in admiration of the courage shown by the people of this great city on that day," it read. He signed it simply, "Harry."
The 24-year-old prince then bowed his head for several minutes at a spot overlooking the memorial site. After paying his respects, he met with the families of four 9/11 victims and toured both the site and the local firehouse. As he studied the plans for rebuilding the site, he asked an official, "Big question, when is this supposed to be finished?"

Prince Harry Helps War Hero Make Trip to N.Y.
Originally posted 05/27/2009 09:05AM
When he visits New York this weekend, Prince Harry has more to focus on than action on the polo field and fund-raising for his Sentebale charity for African children. He'll pay special attention to the sacrifices made by servicemen and women around the world.
With this in mind, he has helped facilitate a dream trip to the U.S. for a
young British marine who lost both his legs in a blast in Afghanistan.
Commando Joe Townsend, 21, was horrifically injured when he stepped on an
anti-tank mine in Helmand province last year. Harry, 24, was serving in the same region (though
they were not together) at the time.
While they are not traveling together to Manhattan, the pair will meet up
privately during the prince's two-day stay. The veteran will join the prince
on a tour of the facilities of a post-traumatic stress disorder treatment
clinic at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Manhattan.
The original idea came from New York Mets owner Fred Wilpon, who approached
royal staff and said he would pay for the trip. Harry – having heard of
what he went through – nominated war hero Townsend.

Prince Harry's Pal Says the Royal's 'Approachable'
Originally posted 05/14/2009 01:40PM
What can Americans expect when Prince Harry pays his first official visit to the U.S.? For starters, he's easy to talk to, passionate about his favorite cause and great with kids.
"Harry's a down-to-earth young fellow. Although he is who he is, he is very approachable and warms to people readily," says his friend, Prince Seeiso. "He's intuitive, in the sense of immediately appreciating whether someone's coming genuinely to him for him as a person rather than his title."

Coming to America: Prince Harry!
Originally posted 05/13/2009 08:00AM
Calling all wannabe princesses and polo fans! Prince Harry will be making his first-ever formal visit to the United States later this month to participate in the second annual Veuve Clicquot Manhattan Polo Classic – and the public is invited.
Taking place Saturday, May 30, on New York's historic Governors Island, the match will pit Prince Harry, 24, – on the team captained by Nick Roldan – against team Black Watch, captained by polo hottie Nacho Figueras.
There will be areas open to the public at no charge as well as those requiring tickets. In reverence to the long-time polo tradition, VIP guests will be asked to dress for the occasion: women in hats and men in summer suits. And what's a royal visit without afternoon tea? At the polo match, Sandro Micheli, executive pastry chef at Adour Alain Ducasse at The St. Regis New York, has created a special menu in honor of the occasion.
