The Real Housewives of New York City headed to the Hamptons Tuesday night, where the wives wined, whined and dined.

"It's a lot having people go through your stuff," said LuAnn de Lesseps, who held an estate sale at the Hamptons home she was selling. "I had a lot of great times and a lot of sad times."

Both of which Ramona Singer evoked before apologizing to the Countess for being so crass to her in the past about her difficult divorce.

"I owe you the biggest apology, I really do," said an emotional Singer, who accused the Countess last year of being in an open relationship and having a cheating husband. "Now I know what you went through … I'm so upset about what I said. It was callous."

But the Countess didn't forgive so easily.

Ramona Singer, 58, a Housewife since season 1, told PEOPLE that season 7 – which premiered Tuesday night – is all about "the three Fs: fun, feisty and we fight a lot."

And don't forget frenemies – Singer and the rest of the ladies are welcoming back another season 1 Housewife in as Bethenny Frankel (who left the show in 2010) returns. Though Frankel, 44, was reportedly in L.A., the rest of the Housewives gathered at New York City's AOA restaurant on Tuesday to celebrate the show's return with endless glasses of Singer's favorite, pinot grigio.

Bethenny Frankel fans, rejoice!

The straight-talking, business-savvy brunette audiences grew to know and love – and some castmates learned to loathe – on the first three seasons of The Real Housewives of New York City is officially back for the show's seventh season, PEOPLE has confirmed.

"I'm excited," Frankel, 43, tells PEOPLE of her decision to return to reality TV, which she denied earlier this month. "It feels like the first season when it was fresh and new and unknown."

Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson, Kristen Taekman, LuAnn de Lesseps, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan will be back, too, a rep for the show tells PEOPLE.
