After bidding a bittersweet goodbye to Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe, Parks and Recreation returns Thursday with plenty of Pawnee action. Though Ann and Chris are gone, there's now room for other characters to take the spotlight – and we're hoping Retta's Donna Meagle gets more time to shine.
Speaking to PEOPLE, Retta revealed she's pushing for love. Donna has enjoyed a wild dating life, but Retta thinks it's time for a real relationship.
"I want there to be a romantic interest in her future, and I keep bringing it up to our executive producer," Retta says. "I've kind of put it in his brain, and I believe that he shall hook a sister up, as they say."

She's had date nights with hubby Josh Duhamel since they had son Axl Jack in August. But Fergie got a little girl time on Wednesday night, catching up with Rose McGowan and China Chow at a cocktail party and dinner in Los Angeles.
Leaving hubby and baby at home, the Black Eyed Peas frontwoman, 38, hit up the Belvedere Vodka-sponsored Kenzo's "Kalifornia" bag launch party at the indoor Berrics Skate Park, which had been transformed into an elegant dinner venue and afterparty.
Fergie, Chow and McGowan were seen taking selfies on their phones in front of the skate ramps.

It's true – Chris Traeger and Ann Perkins are peacing out of Pawnee.
Mike Schur, Parks and Recreation's executive producer, confirms that Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones are set to exit the series.
"The news about Rob and Rashida is true – they will be leaving the show after the 13th episode of the upcoming season six. We've been working on their storyline (on and off) for four seasons now, and heading into this year, with the two of them contemplating parenthood, it felt like a natural time to move them into the next phase," Schur said in a statement.

Soho House was the place to be on Friday night: Bradley Cooper, Rashida Jones and Molly Sims kicked off their weekends by visiting the West Hollywood hotspot.
Seated on a big comfy couch, Cooper relaxed with three other men – who looked like business associates, an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
"Bradley was beaming with happiness," the source says of the Silver Linings Playbook actor. "He was very engaged in conversation, but every now and then would look out the large windows to enjoy the amazing view."
Jones looked "funky and adorable" the source adds. Wearing a high ponytail, black framed glasses, jeans and a sweater, the Parks and Recreation actress was joined by a male friend as she greeted other guests. "She was laughing and joking and really lively throughout the night," the source says.

They're going public!
Kirsten Dunst wasn't shy with the PDA with new beau Garrett Hedlund at the Sundance Film Festival. The two were kissing and hugging at a dinner for Dunst's new movie, The Bachelorette, hosted by Joico and Simple House. The couple danced the night away with friends and fellow attendees, including Will Ferrell, who is one of the comedy's producers, Justin Long and Rashida Jones.
According to a partygoer at the WireImage tent, where the intimate dinner for 40 guests took place, Hedlund didn't really leave his girlfriend's side after the two made their late arrival. They also toasted to the film together.
Adds a source: "Kirsten and Garrett have been spending time together since the holidays. They were friends on the set of On the Road, and now they've grown closer. They spent Christmas together and he feels very strongly about her."

Rashida Jones has probably made you laugh on shows like The Office and Parks and Recreation. Any men interested in dating her should be kind enough to return the favor.
"Funny is important … He doesn't have to laugh at my jokes. He has to make me laugh," the actress (and one of PEOPLE's Most Beautiful in 2002) said Friday on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight.
Not that dating is her biggest priority right now. "My career right now is very time consuming. And I like it that way. It's good," she says.
And when she does meet guys? "I'm also … you know, I'm picky," she says.
